The stay at Evaldo's place was amazing. We had a great time with the family, the place is exactly as shown in the listing and pleased all guests. The apartment is very spacious, not to mention the beachfront condominium and close to markets and restaurants. We had easy contact with co-host Marcelo, who was always helpful and brought quick solutions to the small details that arose. I recommend it and intend to return very soon.

Great apartment. Very well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The location is also the strong point as we have access to the beach park also by the hotel's pools (we can reach the park swimming!!!) Bruno was very cordial, communicative and gave many tips... as I needed to move from the airport to the resort, he indicated to me Jair (which I also indicate), with whom I made the transportation and also the tours to other beaches. I'll definitely be back soon and I recommend it to everyone!

We spent days of peace and joy in Joana's apartment, which was always kind. The Resort is great, great organization, service, facilities, programming, kind staff, and complete! we'll be back for sure.

Simply wonderful hosting! The apartment is beautiful (with a differentiated decoration and comfort - my family members were in other apartments in the same resort and we noticed the difference in relation to the others)! The apartment is perfect, has all the necessary appliances and utensils. Everything works perfectly. The hotel structure is very good, especially for those traveling with children and teenagers. Being next to the Acquapark, having access 1 hour before the general public and consumption through the guest card are some of the advantages for those who stay here and want to go to Beach Park with the family! The host, Ricardo, made our family tour an unforgettable trip, recommended the best value for money restaurants, provided WhatsApp numbers of markets that deliver to the hotel, contact of trusted tour guides and gave many useful tips! We felt welcomed and grateful, especially for extending our checkout to the next hour before our flight back. I recommend it and will be back!

The house is excellent without a doubt, but a little far, despite having a market nearby, it did not meet our expectations, Aquiraz is a large municipality, those who like to party have to choose to stay on the other side (downtown) which is where the beach is, but it was all great because the house was great, and we were very well received

Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Comfortable, nice house, really complete kitchen. My family loved it! We love the experience. We love the spaces in the house. The caretaker couple is kind and helpful. One of our cars got stuck on the beach and Leonardo (caretaker) promptly helped us! Anyway. It was worth every penny to have a good time with my family in this beautiful house!

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Matheus excellent host...without having to complain only to thank...we had some unforeseen events as an example the sandwich maker had stopped working promptly was bought another and already took us a new one...apt top d+ with everything that was necessary for us who stayed for 5 days..... sensational condominium pool my daughter loved it, the porters always requested we asked ifood one day at lunch restaurant Biro Beach super into account and good food... at night we ordered pizza Beach very good tbm indico... The beach in the very quiet front, we walked to Beach Park down the main street and back down the beach very cool. No doubt I will recommend to friends or we will return...hehe...Valeu Matheus continue like this ;)

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It was clean and organized. The condominium is great, the beach is beautiful and a few minutes walk from the beach park. Anna always responded promptly to our requests. Perfect place for a few days of rest.

This is our second time staying at this apartment. It's a find! Bed linen is impeccable and of excellent quality, clean bathrooms, in fact, all very well taken care of, kitchen with working utensils, freezer and even floor clothes. There are 3 SUITES WITH air CONDITIONING, that is, you host 8 people with great comfort. The town of Aquaville has a food square that works at night with hot dogs, hamburger, pasta, pizza, acai, snacks, in addition to non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The position of the block is in front of the lake and close to the beach with private entrance. Great fun for the entire family. With regard to the guest, I also give 5 stars! Mr. João is thoughtful, polite and helpful. We will certainly be back.
