I've rented this house other times, it's a lovely house. Espaçosa, with a wonderful swimming pool. However, one of the one-bedroom bathrooms was seeped in the ceiling. But it's an excellent home!!

The beach is just in the back and allows us to bathe in the excellent and cozy sea. The pool was clean and well cared for and we had everything needed to make a good barbecue on the weekend. The kitchen has all the essential utensils. Both Soraya and Flávio were very attentive whenever we need it. We are all very pleased and recommend hosting. We intend to return at another time.

Great apartment, is renovated and better than in the photos. The bed is otima, the air conditioned works very well, there is a TV in the bedroom and in the living room. The resort is perfect, everyone treated us well. Theo was flexible about the checkout and let us stay longer. Thank you for the reception! We had a small issue with the electronic lock stacks, which was promptly resolved.

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

My family and I loved the days we spent at Jussara's house. Very good house, with everything we need, and it's on Beach Park Street. We were very well received by Márcia, who is very attentive and kind. Anyone who rents it won't regret it.

Our stay was excellent. Me, my wife and children liked the location of the apartment, the schedule for the Carnival and the restaurants. The atmosphere is surrounded by vegetation and facing the sea, providing a relaxing experience. All very organized and clean. There were several activities for all tastes. In short, even with a few moments of rain, it was a 10 out of 10!
