Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Luisa’s place was great, just be aware of there being no AC before booking.

Very spacious house, what delighted us most was the way we were treated very well by Rosi.

Carolina and Dona Vânia were always very kind and assisted us promptly at all times. We didn't meet in person, but it was like we did. The house is beautiful, great location (you can see the pool insanity..lol) the nearby beach is also a delight. There is a market in front that you can walk to, a pharmacy. It's in a quiet place. We had very happy days as a family. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Great house, caring home and great location

I had a very good stay with Felipe. The house is cozy, well located and comfortable. Felipe was a great host, always attentive and willing to make sure my experience was the best possible. The communication was excellent, and he gave me great tips about the region. As a suggestion, I would recommend the installation of air conditioned in the rooms or the improvement of the mattresses, but this in no way prevented us from enjoying the house and the wonderful beach in the front. I recommend it without hesitation and I will definitely return when I have the opportunity. Many thanks for everything, Felipe!

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

House well clean, corresponds to the announcement, right next to the market and Beach Park where I went every day on foot in a walk of less than 10 minutes. The host Fábio always answered messages in an almost immediate manner, always answering all questions.

The accommodation has everything as described, we had a nice time and felt very comfortable, it was just right to recharge your batteries before the long trip home to enjoy this magnificent country and people.

My family and I loved the days we spent at Jussara's house. Very good house, with everything we need, and it's on Beach Park Street. We were very well received by Márcia, who is very attentive and kind. Anyone who rents it won't regret it.

Very close to the beach park, in front of the house there is a small market with everything you need, a supermarket, a cafeteria and a supermarket nearby. The host was very helpful, I had no difficulty, the house is very complete, it has all the utensils and everything is working My stay was wonderful, I would definitely come back

Simply excellent! I needed a last minute house in the late afternoon, and Isadora saved me. He replied promptly, and soon I was able to stay in this house, which was very cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

First, we like the house so much that no one wanted to return (ahahaha). Great house, very well maintained and clean, and the homemade and owner super helpful. We had a problem with two showers upon arrival, quickly resolved by the housekeeper. Of suggestion, moving the chandelier from the room (entrance) would be very cool, they hit their heads there about 10 times (laughs). Great house, we'll definitely be back!

The house has a great structure, with a lovely view, a well-planned outdoor area and a pleasant pool. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to stay. However, to ensure the announced, more careful maintenance must be done, as we notice mold in some environments, infiltration marks in one of the rooms, which affected an asthmatic guest. Also, the air conditioners need maintenance, and one of them did not refrigerate. The acquisition of a washing machine would help in the conservation of bed linen and the towels that sometimes smelled of mold. Despite this, we highlight the dedication of the team, which ensured a pleasant stay. We greatly appreciate the affection and support of Lúcio e Socorro.

Dona Silvia's house is very much what she shows in the images. It is a great house, well cared for, good safety for being all fenced and comfortable. She and the housekeeper Mr. Antonio are extremely attentive and quick to assist. One important thing that is worth noting is that in addition to the qualities of the house, Mrs. Silvia is extremely correct and honest about the indications, information and agreed upon, so what was agreed with her once you can rest assured that it will be complied with.
