My family and I loved the house with a swimming pool, we were in 5, super spacious, well-equipped kitchen, now the beach we do not like it due to the style of the stalls, it is very simple and regional. But since the house is large and has a swimming pool, we enjoy a lot. There are 5 huge rooms, with many shipowners, and the house is new and conserved. It would come back without a doubt.

We were very welcome, Host Douglas showed us the house and advised us on every situation and detail of the house, an excellent place for those who like park and home has everything to serve a large family. Fridge, brewery even has wood stove 🪵 congratulations. We'll be back for sure.

I and my friends love all the spaces in the house, all impeccable and complete and feel super welcomed with all the support given by Fábio and Debinha. It was amazing and we would come back more often for sure.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent, 9/10 for cleaning and arranging the house at check in, but the rest 10/10, comfortable house, well located, with all the utensils to serve meals, effective communication with the owner! Super recommend it.

My stay with Thaiz was just perfect! From the beginning, she was very attentive, flexible and helpful, ensuring that all the details were impeccable. The space is beautiful, super clean and cozy, exactly as shown in the photos (or even better!), every detail of the house is enchanting (the bathrooms have an internal garden). Dona Silvia's house is very much what she shows in the images. It is a great house, well cared for, good safety for being all fenced and comfortable. She and the housekeeper Mr. Antonio are extremely attentive and quick to assist. One important thing that is worth noting is that in addition to the qualities of the house, Mrs. Silvia is extremely correct and honest about the indications, information and agreed upon, so what was agreed with her once you can rest assured that it will be complied with. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back someday.

Family accommodation for 08 days, in a total group of 20 people. Good location, cozy space, great structure and we find ourselves positive. Our hosts are always accessible and helpful. We recommend it.

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

Great house! Complete! We went to 4 families with some children and babies, everyone enjoyed the spaces a lot! It was worth it! Careful and proactive housekeeper, always organizing and taking care of the place. Mr. Paulo answered whenever we need it. I recommend it and will be back soon!

We were very well received by Gilles and Luana, who made themselves available to help at all times. The house is very nice, has everything essential for a stay and is in great condition. We'll definitely be back another time.

We loved staying at Aluízio's house! He was always helpful and very kind. The house is very good, very comfortable and great for relaxing with the family. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss any utensils. It was me and my three brothers with their respective families and we all enjoyed it very much. We hope to return in the future!

Wonderful lodging! We spent a quiet and fun weekend as a family. The house is very spacious and has a great leisure area. The hosts promptly answer the messages and were flexible at the check-in and check-out. The location is great as it is next to Beach Park and is quite safe. It has all the kitchen utensils. Only one electric fryer is missing, but as we were previously warned, we took ours. We don't use the barbecue, but if someone is going to use it, take grills because there's only one available. We received the house clean and tidy, with new bedding. It's a place that invites you to return. We are on our home list for a second and third stay.

It is a nice, well-appointed and decorated house, with a small garden and a well-maintained pool by Jafet (taking care to make sure I didn't miss anything). Alexandre and Françoise are very available in case of problems and quickly find solutions. I had a WiFi issue when I arrived which was fixed in 15 minutes! The beach was really close and easy to get to with a few beach restaurants. I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe! The only negative I find there is the mosquitoes very present on the ground floor in this season because the space is less well ventilated (even if everything is open). Upstairs, it was much better because it was very well ventilated! The special tropical mosquito repellent was still mandatory. The investment in air conditioning in the bedrooms could be beneficial for sleeping even better!

Large and comfortable space, exactly as in the pictures. The neighborhood is very quiet and Meriele was super attentive. Voltaria for sure.

I decided to celebrate my birthday at the site and it was the best decision I made! Firstly, Host Anne is wonderful, I would ask all my questions when needed and was always available! The care of the house and the cleaning was also a very strong point. The space matches the photos and is even more beautiful in person, beautiful and well-structured environment made us feel at home. We found the beach relatively close to the house, it is just minutes from the beach of the prison, Anne also helped us with respect to nearby locations. In addition, it was amazing and I would definitely come back!
