Host Kamilla from the start was friendly and cleared all my questions! He even indicated a bakery to make my son's birthday cake! We were in too many people and she took an extra towel, it was very thoughtful! The apartment is comfortable and great location for those who want to enjoy the beach park ( which was our case , we were specifically to go to BP) ! We can walk and because we are staying in the BP complex we could enter an hour earlier , something that made a difference in the queue of the most disputed toys! Anyway great location and super nice host!

Great apartment, super helpful host. This condominium is the best option for those who go to the beach park, it is simply next to the park. Not to mention the convenience of having a full restaurant in the condominium. Another advantage, those who stay in this condominium can enter an hour before the park opens, the beach park opens at 11 a.m. to the public, but those who are staying at Wellness can enter from 10 a.m. It makes it much easier.

All perfect! The place is very beautiful and quiet, and the apartment is excellent – super comfortable and well cared for.

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

We spent days of peace and joy in Joana's apartment, which was always kind. The Resort is great, great organization, service, facilities, programming, kind staff, and complete! we'll be back for sure.

Georgiana is a great host, super attentive and striving to provide the best stay possible. The building in which the Georgiana space is located is excellent, a foot in the sand and with a great infrastructure for leisure and services.

We have already rented other units in this condominium, but André's accommodation was a pleasant surprise! The condominium is excellent, on the sand, organized, with kind and attentive staff. Close to good restaurants, markets and etc. You can walk to the beach park along the beach. André's apartment was excellent for my family. Two very comfortable en-suites, plus an outbuilding with a bathroom! Everything is of great quality and working perfectly. The kitchen is complete and had all the utensils we needed. I recommend it to everyone and I am immensely grateful to André for his kindness and speed in communication, always concerned with making everything perfect!

The stay at Karol's apartment was surprising. From the beginning, he offered to transfer from the airport to the place, which made it a lot easier! Arriving at the apartment, he gave us all the information about the place and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my son who had a birthday during the stay. Very well maintained, organized and safe resort. Restaurant, fitness center and SPA facilities on site. We plan to return next year!

I went with my family for the days of Carnival and we love it! From the beginning, communication with Wagner was very fast and good. I asked him to install shipowners because my grandfather does not sleep in bed and he has installed shipowners throughout the apartment. The condominium has a lot of structure and good restaurants, which made it very easy to eat these days that we were there. It also has a good gym, which pays R$10.00/day. The apt is also well equipped and had everything we need. Large rooms and bathrooms, all with air conditioning, which made everyone well accommodated. The location is great, the condominium gives access to the beach and on a short walk (~15-20 min), you can reach Beach Park. From apt to the beach it is necessary to walk a little inside the condominium, but nothing bad. Only if they have people with mobility issues, that was my case. It was with two elderly people over 90 years old and one physically disabled. So we rented a wheelchair before the trip for those moments.

My stay at Suites Resort, located in Beach Park, was simply excellent! The apartment is extremely complete and cozy, with a wonderful sea view. Monalisa was impeccable from the beginning — always very attentive, helpful and ready to ask any questions, from check-in to the small details during the stay. The structure of the place is perfect for those seeking comfort and practicality: fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils, stove, electric oven, large fridge, airfryer, pots, glasses, hammock for rest — all designed so that the guest can feel at home and even prepare their own meals if they want. The space is large, very well organized and provides a very pleasant experience, both for those who want to rest and for those who want to enjoy the place with more autonomy. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return!

I highly recommend it, even with 3 children I felt super comfortable, everything I needed was available, I felt very comfortable, the place is huge and has many things without having to leave. See you at Mass! Very close to a quiet but somewhat deserted beach. I'll always come back, I don't care about any other place. Equipped kitchen, large balcony, super wonderful barbecue, ceramic pots, assorted kitchen items. Really very good.

An extraordinary vacation!!! The apartment looked even better than in the ad. It has all the amenities, services and appliances for a more than comfortable stay. Access to the property is simple and extremely safe. All the rooms and bedrooms are spacious and functional. The air conditioning allows for a comfortable and pleasant stay. You don't need to incur additional charges to prepare the place. It has excellent connectivity and various electronic devices for vacation entertainment. It is located right in front of the gym, for those who are athletes. The cleanliness was impeccable and maintenance is very simple if the plan is to rest to the fullest. The decor is pleasant, minimalist, and immersive in the regional culture. Claudio was available at all times, expeditious and decisive in the face of the slightest problem. His treatment was more than cordial: friendly, humane and spiritual with us. We'll be back!

The space is fantastic, it is in a wonderful Resort and, as a bonus, it has an exit to the pool in one of the best places in the hotel. Very attentive host too. I'll be back for sure.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Ana's 2-bedroom apartment on Japan Beach. The apartment was spotless. Ana was a wonderful host, always available to meet all our needs with incredible hospitality. Her solicitude and attention to detail really made a difference in our experience.
