Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. The house is rustic and is constantly visited by hummingbirds and other birds. We hear the sound of the sea early in the morning when we wake up. The location allows you to enjoy several attractions of the place. If you prefer, you can walk to the beach. I spent a stay with my family at the place and it was satisfactory. I intend to return.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.

I stayed at the apartment during carnival. The condo is very nice, one of the best that I was on the beaches near Fortaleza. I found the condominium well organized, well cared for, safe, and at carnival there was programming for the children, which was great. Perhaps the only problem of the condominium is the distance to the supermarket, it's about 7 minutes by car, you can't walk. The convenience stores that are inside the condominium break a branch, but they didn't have everything we need while we were there. The apartment is also great, very complete, the beds are good, and there is room for a lot of people. The kitchen is quite complete, we only really miss a mixer to make cake, but otherwise it had everything we need. We enjoyed our stay very much and have already made a new visit to the Manhattan Riviera.

Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during, and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. As for the apartment, it is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Just like the listing! Everything is very beautiful, organized and comfortable and very close to Beach Park and the supermarket. We would definitely go back to Manoel's place. It was a great weekend.

Very well located condominium, by the sea, the apartment is on the first floor and it is easy to access the beach, facing the sea, next to the stairs that exit the balcony to the condominium patio, there is a playground, the pool is wonderful, easy and quick check-in, two parking spaces, full kitchen for preparing meals, including our breakfasts, which were every day in the apartment and we made dinner too, located near the beach park, Quiet beach to enjoy and plenty of space for children, there is a beach volleyball court that belongs to the condominium and football, I took my three dogs (Yorkshire terriers) and there was plenty of space to walk with them. Daniel is an excellent host, from the first contact until the departure from the apartment, he always responded very quickly and gave all the necessary instructions, he is to be congratulated on everything! Anyway, I recommend it and I will definitely stay at Terramaris again, an excellent place!

It was all wonderful! The place is amazing with many leisure areas and activities, the children loved! Apto is excellent, it has everything we need and quite orgazinhado and clean.
