Great value for money, we really like it! Good for kids. We're a small family so it suited us well. Good structure, close to the beach, but you have to walk about 300 meters. Everything was clean and organized. Freezer freezes a lot, good fridge and great stove.

Extremely kind Host, requests and willing to answer our questions. Flawless house and perfect location, close to the market, laundry room, gym, square and restaurants. Perfect stay!

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.

Unique experience with special people. Everything was very good, not to mention the feedback we had from the host (Gervásio) whenever we needed it. I went with my family for the days of Carnival and we love it! From the beginning, communication with Wagner was very fast and good. I asked him to install shipowners because my grandfather does not sleep in bed and he has installed shipowners throughout the apartment. The condominium has a lot of structure and good restaurants, which made it very easy to eat these days that we were there. It also has a good gym, which pays R$10.00/day. The apt is also well equipped and had everything we need. Large rooms and bathrooms, all with air conditioning, which made everyone well accommodated. The location is great, the condominium gives access to the beach and on a short walk (~15-20 min), you can reach Beach Park. From apt to the beach it is necessary to walk a little inside the condominium, but nothing bad. Only if they have people with mobility issues, that was my case. It was with two elderly people over 90 years old and one physically disabled. So we rented a wheelchair before the trip for those moments.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and organized, the atmosphere is very family-like, with a wonderful leisure area, including the restaurant whose menu is very good. The service provided by Francy was excellent.

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was at our disposal, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Ariadna responded promptly whenever we needed, proving to be extremely attentive, careful and responsive on Airbnb. In addition, she was kind enough to leave us a treat, a delicious muffin! The location of the condominium is excellent, very well located, close to Beach Park and the beautiful beaches of the region, which made our tours much easier. The condominium structure is also wonderful, with amazing pools that provided great leisure time. The flat is very well decorated with everything you imagine is necessary for a comfortable stay. The condominium is excellent and brings privacy and solitude. We have already rented other units in this condominium, but André's accommodation was a pleasant surprise! The condominium is excellent, on the sand, organized, with kind and attentive staff. Close to good restaurants, markets and etc. You can walk to the beach park along the beach. André's apartment was excellent for my family. Two very comfortable en-suites, plus an outbuilding with a bathroom! Everything is of great quality and working perfectly. The kitchen is complete and had all the utensils we needed. I recommend it to everyone and I am immensely grateful to André for his kindness and speed in communication, always concerned with making everything perfect!

I spent the carnival 2025 in the appr of Larissa. She always very kind and super accessible. The ap was true to the listing, with towels and bedding for all guests. Very well equipped, very comfortable and easily accessible to the entertainment areas of the complex, as well as being ground floor, which already brings a greater convenience. We'll be back for sure!

My family really enjoyed the accommodation, we had easy communication with the host, very pleasant accommodation, very beautiful and quiet resort, great for children and pets, well-equipped apartment and very close to the beach access, we just think that it was lacking in cleanliness, mainly in the kitchen, and that would be a point of improvement.

We rented this property because we had a pest control in our house and wanted to get away from the chemicals. It was suitable for the proposed purpose, and even allowed us a few dives in the sea and the pool.
