Casa Bellavista matches what the name suggests. The location of the property delivers an excellent view of Serra de Guaramiranga, with a complete structure to welcome guests. Daily rates included the services of Mrs. Mayara, who contributed excellently to make sure we had a good stay. Mr. Antonio was always very attentive to our questions and requests, responding effectively and quickly. Finally, the only negative point concerns the neighbor next door, who from the beginning treated us with indelicacy because we brought dogs.

It was all wonderful! The place is amazing with many leisure areas and activities, the children loved! Apto is excellent, it has everything we need and quite orgazinhado and clean. Cinthia is very receptive and explains everything to us in the smallest detail, I felt at home. Thank you for the mimos ❤️

It is even difficult to put into words the gratitude we have for the whole structure to provide such a special moment in the family. Tranquilidade, wonderful space, a Pepe (employee who supports organizing and cleaning) who was a love of person. Simpathic and helpful. In addition, Dani, appointed Gleison to take care of everything regarding transfers and tours. SIMPLY PERFECT! This has to be advertised as a "amenity" of the house. Really! Dani constantly communicates with us and sends all the important tips and points. The place of the house is perfect, whoever is afraid to be outside the center is the great advantage in fact. A lot of advantage. The shuttle service to the center is constant and at all times available. There is a great supermarket 2 blocks and a bakery (Padoca Jeri) that we have our breakfast every day. We prefer this way to have to buy and ask Pepe to do it. It is the tip. Reserve the house with eyes closed!

Great accommodation! Great space, large balcony and with amazing views, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Excellent location, on the edge of the sea, on the very busy part of the waterfront, near the feirinha. Check-in and check-out were very quiet and quick, everyone's facial registration made the environment safe. The accommodation was clean and organized! Tb has parking and has a market, gym and swimming pools. I and my family loved it, it was an excellent choice, we spent 5 days and had everything we needed! We will return more often and refer to friends!

Cozy and very quiet space. The main street is about 10 minutes from the main street, the “bad” is that until then some streets are very dark, but as the village is quiet, the person is quieter on the way home…

It is not atoa which is a highly recommended space. We felt at home, very good privacy, beautiful muuuuuuito decor and everything very well thought out!!! The bed is one of the best we have ever been, the beautiful bathroom, with very cozy details, the shower a delight. The kitchen is very well equipped. (One airfryer was missing, everything else! The place Aprilaned our married 12-year honeymoon. There was no desire to leave rsrs. Go without fear of being happy

The house is very special because it is surrounded by green, overlooking the sea, the coconut trees and the carnaube trees everywhere, this combination of vegetation and the proximity of the sea creates an atmosphere of unique peace and tranquility, a true refuge. It is close to the city center, which makes it easy. Also, the house has a lot of space, great accommodations, space is well distributed. I recommend it!

The view was excellent, one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, in addition to the house being very well preserved, equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. Great cost and beneficial, very responsive hosts, gave us tips on supermarkets and restaurants. The organization of the rooms was impeccable, very well equipped too, with towels and soaps available. Everyone loved it!

We are in the habit of traveling to the coast of Ceará as a family, and this house was one of the best we have ever rented! The house has beautiful architecture, with a well-ventilated garden! It comfortably accommodates a large family! The caretaker and the owner were very helpful, they made our checkout time more flexible! 10/10 stay, I recommend it!

Beautiful house, impeccable view, exactly as in the listing. All clean, organized and complete. We had a setback with appliances, but the host and staff were quick to help and find solutions. Access to the house is via a long staircase that tires a little, but all the tall houses on the beach are growing vertically, so they only access it that way, the tranquility and the incredible view make up for the journey. The employee Anderson helps to take the luggage home due to the route, very attentive and is always there if you need it.

Everything was very good. Very nice place. Right on the sand. The condominium has an exit to the beach. Super cool beach. Location close to local markets and restaurants. It was all good.

The stay was very good. The house has a very beautiful outdoor area, very good pool and full barbecue space. My family and I loved the days we spent. The house is very close to the beach and a few minutes from the village of Cumbuco.

Apt. with great location, sea view, super close to the pool and the food trucks. We had a problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms, and the next day they installed another brand new one. Tais always responded to me promptly and with a lot of education!

Great apartment, clean and comfortable, exactly as described. The resort has several attractions especially for those with children.
