The stay at Mr. 's apartment Rubem was very pleasant from the first moment in Ceará. I was very well received by him and his also kind wife from the transfer from Fortaleza airport to his apartment at Tabuba Beach. During the stay practically every day asked if everything was okay and if he was in need of anything, always ready to help... Mr. Rubem is a true gentleman, and he and his wife D. Meire was certainly key to my special experience in Caucaia!!!

We really liked the apartment! It is comfortable and with the necessary amenities, everything works. It has air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the beds are good. It has a very spacious balcony, with a hammock and a beautiful view. The apartment is also well ventilated and lit. We had a great experience, including communication with hosts (Flávia is easy to communicate with and attentive). Giovanni, who takes care of the apartment, is extremely attentive, helpful and decisive, he helped us with any needs. The location is perfect, next to Kitecabana and close to the center. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back! :)

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It was clean and organized. The condominium is great, the beach is beautiful and a few minutes walk from the beach park. Anna always responded promptly to our requests. Perfect place for a few days of rest.

the condominium is excellent. the apartment 206 is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Everything clean, organized, good bed, new planned closets. the shower is a delight. even mineral water had in the kitchen. The balcony is quite big. I liked everything. Mr. Jairo is very honest. I will come back more often.

Strengths: Host is a good guy. Beautiful place. 2 bedrooms with good size. Good beds. Boa Shuveiros. Well-equiped apartment. Gated community. Clean apartment Negative points: Neighbor's rooster had a crazy time. Very noisy neighbours. One of the rooms is much noisier than the other. It looked like it was inside the noisy neighbors' apartment. Considerable distance to the beach and mainly to the main pile of Flecheiras. It was recommended to go by car.
