Great accommodation. Very nice apartment! Great swimming pool overlooking the sea. Covered parking. But best of all is the location. Close to the beach, by Brodway (great restaurants and market). The apartment also has a Beautiful sea view. I recommend it.

From the very beginning, the host is very well received by the host who has presented herself a lot of requests. The very clean and well organized place, well distributed and easily met my family's need for accommodation. Complete kitchen, cleaning utensils and even iron and ironing board, all very new and organized. Unfortunately the location has parties with loud sounds around the building, Saturday, Sunday and Monday were the ones with the highest volume of sound in the vicinity. Overall, I highly recommend it, is in front of Iracema beach with a great view of the entire waterfront.

We love the time in the place of Luana! We stayed a little over a week and the cost of benefit is great! Location is the high point. We made everything on foot, from market, pharmacy, restaurants, to gym and beach. The internet signal is of excellent quality, I worked from home office for several days without any signal oscillation. It is a great differential to have the comfort of air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, since the days were very hot. Tidy apto, many utensils offered, from bed and bath linens to the super-equipped kitchen. Some old-fashioned furniture and utensils, perhaps a more frequent survey would be interesting to make sure that everything is in full operation. I would recommend the place of Luana and would come back for sure! We had all necessary support during the stay. Luana is great and very attentive always.

Loved the location and how easy the check in was. The flat is well equipped and very suitable to the 4 of us. However, the leaking aircon made things inconvenient. Continuous dripping through the night was far from ideal.

The apartment is very cozy, has everything you need, minutes from the center, everything you need is close, quiet neighborhood, apartment met all expectations! The space matches the listing. A small but very functional kitchen, it was possible to eat several meals. Good bed and bathroom. Regarding the location, for those who do not like to walk or are not by car, I do not recommend it, as it is a little away from the beach. For me, there was no problem and even by car, my husband and I prefer to go on foot, even more so that in the region the car movement is very intense. About the host, Hani was very helpful, always responding to messages quickly and also making us excellent recommendations.
