I've rented this house other times, it's a lovely house. Espaçosa, with a wonderful swimming pool. However, one of the one-bedroom bathrooms was seeped in the ceiling. But it's an excellent home!!

The house of Mr. Valdemar is beautiful, spacious and super comfortable! It was neatly clean, large suites, fresh and smelling bedding and towels, wonderful pool, kitchen with lots of utensils, good mto air conditioners too! Sr Valdemar always mto kind and solicitous. Miinha família and I loved everything and we certainly intend to return soon!

Comfortable, nice house, really complete kitchen. My family loved it! We love the experience. We love the spaces in the house. The caretaker couple is kind and helpful. One of our cars got stuck on the beach and Leonardo (caretaker) promptly helped us! Anyway. It was worth every penny to have a good time with my family in this beautiful house!

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

One of the best things we did in planning this trip was the choice of the house we would stay in these days. Home is exactly as shown in the photos, Rafael is a host concerned with his guests' stay, helpful, proactive, and very kind. The condominium is a luxury that made a total difference in our stay. Everything we found inside is impeccable and unbelievable. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend quiet days, with amenities and rest.

The apartment met our expectations. Good beds and spacious rooms. It has everything you need in the kitchen and a supermarket very close by. Samia was kind and whenever necessary answered my questions.

Excellent apartment with full structure of kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms, all brand new, very clean, great location (next to Beach Park practically), condominium with great leisure structure and access to the beach (foot in the sand), building with elevator. Very good for family with children. Great support and tips from Paulo being very attentive all the time. We were very satisfied with the 4 day period we stayed there . Super recommend.

My experience with the apartment and condominium was great, all organized, clean, with everything you may need to cook, including the hostess left water for us as a courtesy. I loved!! About the leisure spaces are quite complete, wonderful swimming pool, and the good that can stay the night with friends on the pool deck. If you're going with family, it's the perfect option. About the host, Selmar is a great person. Super attentive. The only negative point for me, it was the location, I went to a group of four friends, and was far from everything. If you have your own car is quiet, now we who depended on app car, sometimes a little bit of fear. But overall, I highly recommend! for couples, family.

The space is extremely pleasant, super well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances we could want to use and/or need. Mr. João and Mrs. Luzia were very helpful and pleasant, assisting us with information and kindness. The gourmet balcony is a show! We felt at home... too bad what's good doesn't last long!

Great place, I've been there a few times and I'll be back. Beach Living has a leisure area near the beach which is a true paradise. Hillton very attentive and quick in communication.

It was a quiet stay in the apartment. Nearby several attractions in Porto das Dunas, such as the Beach park and its beach. Mozart communication was very fast and fluid .
