I spent the carnival 2025 in the appr of Larissa. She always very kind and super accessible. The ap was true to the listing, with towels and bedding for all guests. Very well equipped, very comfortable and easily accessible to the entertainment areas of the complex, as well as being ground floor, which already brings a greater convenience. We'll be back for sure!

Organized, clean, well equipped and cozy location. My boyfriend and I loved staying at Cesar Aparts. We enjoyed the pool a lot and it was a great weekend. Sheila, who welcomed us well, made the experience even better with her tips and readiness to help us when needed. We will return for sure.

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was at our disposal, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Ariadna responded promptly whenever we needed, proving to be extremely attentive, careful and responsive on Airbnb. In addition, she was kind enough to leave us a treat, a delicious muffin! The location of the condominium is excellent, very well located, close to Beach Park and the beautiful beaches of the region, which made our tours much easier. The condominium structure is also wonderful, with amazing pools that provided great leisure time. Another positive point is the mini market inside the condominium, which makes the stay much easier, offering practicality in everyday life. Thank you so much, Ariadna! We have already rented other units in this condominium, but André's accommodation was a pleasant surprise! The condominium is excellent, on the sand, organized, with kind and attentive staff. Close to good restaurants, markets and etc. You can walk to the beach park along the beach. André's apartment was excellent for my family. Two very comfortable en-suites, plus an outbuilding with a bathroom! Everything is of great quality and working perfectly. The kitchen is complete and had all the utensils we needed. I recommend it to everyone and I am immensely grateful to André for his kindness and speed in communication, always concerned with making everything perfect!

I was with my family, the place is very clean, organized and is the same as in the photos. The atmosphere is very beautiful, peaceful, good for resting. My experience was excellent, I will return more often.

i quite liked the space corresponded to the description, we only had a bit of difficulty to put the truck that were bigger we could ,there and well located close to everything the agent did not need to take the car out of the garage because everything was close ,we should walk to the beach,market and bakeries nearby, tbm had pharmacy, boutiquim where we could buy water and charcoal. I heard that there was a lack of a proper place to do laundry,and a barbecue,apart from that was all wonderful,we loved the place the wonderful city, uncertainty would come back without shadows of doubt ....

The house is rustic and is constantly visited by hummingbirds and other birds. We hear the sound of the sea early in the morning when we wake up. The location allows you to enjoy several attractions of the place. If you prefer, you can walk to the beach. I spent a stay with my family at the place and it was satisfactory. I intend to return.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Roberto and Mychele's apartment is better than the ad, because the location is perfect in a resort with all the amenities at our disposal, and next to the beach park, which was my interest. It has basic items to make all meals if you don't want to go to a restaurant. It has a market nearby. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, conservation, everything excellent. I recommend it for those who want days of fun or rest, the resort is also excellent. I advise you to buy the ticket for beach park, paying attention to the days it works.

The building's infrastructure is good, it has a great pool, a garage for two cars and is less than a 500 m walk from the entrance to Beach Park. Great option in Aquiraz.

My family really enjoyed the accommodation, we had easy communication with the host, very pleasant accommodation, very beautiful and quiet resort, great for children and pets, well-equipped apartment and very close to the beach access, we just think that it was lacking in cleanliness, mainly in the kitchen, and that would be a point of improvement.

Elda always very helpful, gave several tips, recommendations. The apartment accommodates very well 15 people. All clean, neat, tidy. We felt at home. The condominium also very nice, resort structure. Mini Holidays better than we imagined.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. Permanent communication with Chez, very well located in front of the pool. Just one inconvenient detail, a granddaughter cut herself into pieces of glass scattered all over the room, even cleaning we no longer trust walking barefoot.
