The house is very good, spacious, well equipped with furniture and kitchen utensils, well ventilated, pleasant climate, we rarely used the fans. It's just not very close to the beach, 600 meters away there is access, but it's close to the cliffs, there are streams and stops to go down, it's difficult, access even on foot in the sand is 1km away.

The place is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet weekend and reconnect with nature. Sabiaguaba Beach is top dms and the sunset at Morro de Areia is a great order for an afternoon. Pleasant climate, light vibe and a lot of silence — ideal to rest and forget the rush. The region has some restaurants, and the space where I stayed was super cozy and dahora. O Del, host, was note 10: very receptive, always available to answer questions and give valuable tips of tours and places to know. In short: good vibe, great structure, and a host that makes all the difference. I highly recommend it! Please note: the time we went, a cat decided to "adopt" the kkk house very tame, but did not want to leave for nothing. We had to close everything for him to settle down, but in the end it was even funny.

Mr. Manoel Carlos received us in an excellent way, always considerate and helpful. The housekeeper, Mr. Ferrim, was extremely helpful, assisting with directions and deliveries of items we purchased from his grocery store, such as coal. The house is simply charming, with direct access to the beach, many bedrooms and beds exactly as described in the photos. The space to park cars is large and the lawn is always well cared for and green. The atmosphere is safe, quiet and the check-in was flexible. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including basics like salt, pepper and colorau. We only miss a clothesline...We enjoyed our stay a lot and are grateful to the host for the impeccable service!

The stay was wonderful! Gabriel is a super kind and helpful host. When we arrived, we came across the clean, organized and cozy place. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful and clean rooms, as well as the bathrooms. Caseiro Leandro very solicitous. Beautiful place, one block from the beach. As we rented the carnival only what bothered us was the sound walls that ended at 9:30 pm, as the house is in the square where the party takes place. But nothing that would harm our wonderful stay and certainly on other dates is even better. On the whole we love and our family also the children had a lot of fun in the wonderful swimming pool and space of the house. We will definitely come back more often! Someone Without Fear!!! Great stay for me and my family. Place of peace and quiet and breaks a wonderful sea view. Very kind host and the gatekeepers of the condominium always helpful. My family loved it and we intend to return at another time.

Flawless apartment, accommodated 5 people easily. Will was always very helpful and made us feel very comfortable too, it was really worth it. Close to the beach, close to the party we were going to, really perfect.

The space is very cozy and more beautiful than in the photos. The community of the building is very welcoming and gentle. The apartment is great for relaxing, working and enjoying some rest time - not to mention the kitchen that is great for those who enjoy cooking. Very safe too.

I stayed in Vladimir's apartment for a short kitesurfing trip. Know this condominium and the area well as was there several times previously. is a Great location for kitesurfing is only 5-minute walk from the beach and kite spot where you can pomp your kite for free in Almai Pousada spot for launching your kites. by bus you can go to Cumbuco center in 8 minutes is a free bus local bus and safe what i really lack the swimming in the condominium is a big swimming where you really can Swimme that is fantastic i recommend this place is a good value for money

My stay was wonderful, without a doubt one of the best! Cumbuco is an amazing place, with leisure options for all tastes. The accommodation is impeccable, clean, organized, new furniture, extremely cozy and in a great location, I did everything on foot. Wylame is one of the best hosts I've ever had, extremely helpful, polite, careful, and always on hand to help us, provided support over the area and gave us amazing tips through a welcome guide. Without a doubt my experience was wonderful and I look forward to returning.
