Our property is located on a quiet residential street with a new playground and large grass area in the back yard. We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

Cute mother-in-law suite in a newer townhouse neighborhood. Great area with biking trails, walking trails, shopping, and dining nearby. We live in a very culturally diverse neighborhood with plenty dining/grocery store options. 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, easy access to 610 freeway. Less than 5 miles from Arbor Lakes retail shops, with many more restaurants/specialty shops/grocery stores for anything you may need. Perfect for travel nurses also. This is a very safe area.

My place is close to public transportation, parks, and plenty of restaurants, bars & shopping. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, comfy bed, neighborhood, and the ambiance. We do live in the home, but when guests rent we spend the time at our cabin, so you would have the house to yourselves.

Always grateful for beautiful, well kept up area. Letting me know whether it’s a plumbing guy who might be stopping by or another dog here briefly. Updates even on Walter, when I’ve expressed concern I hadn’t heard him bark when a stranger at the door (Walter is a good alarm system) No issues with bathroom or room. Extremely comfortable for long or short terms stays.
