Beautiful 63 m² duplex, completely renovated, very bright, perfect for your stay in Angoulême. Just 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the historic center (restaurants, museums, bars), you can easily enjoy the attractiveness of the city and the comfort of the apartment. Premium bedding, nice shower, Netflix, Amazon Prime, equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, linens, towels, everything is provided. Just come and drop off your luggage. Our studio is ideally located in the center of Angoulême with free street parking! It is in a quiet and secure residence. The train station is only a 10-minute walk from the studio (750 m). The Victor Hugo neighborhood! Attractive, commercial, family-friendly, dynamic, military... This neighborhood is very famous and highly prized by the people of Angoulême. Pharmacy, cafe, hairdresser, restaurant, butcher, bakery, bank, tobacco shop, the market where you can buy oysters!

Hello! Come and discover this large studio close to the train station and the old town: 5-10 minutes' walk to both! On the 2nd floor of a 19th century residential building, VERY QUIET. The bright apartment offers cozy comfort, almost zen I was told, in a spacious volume. Refurbished, you will find real comfort, quiet, facing the gardens, with a view that goes very far! Comic book atmosphere, albums available, it's Angoulême!

We had a lovely short stay in this beautiful room! Everything was perfect to make us feel at home; the room is spacious and well-appointed, with a nice area with sink and breakfast. Communication was very easy with Mathilde, and the apartment is located on the ramparts, a stone's throw from old Angoulême with a beautiful view; we'll go back there if we're in the area!

We had a short stay at Sylvie and Thierry's but it was very pleasant. The proposed bedroom, bathroom and rest area are perfectly clean, well arranged and decorated with great care and taste. Everything is harmonious. This place is a real treat and a feast for the eyes. Breakfast is impeccable, as is Thierry's welcome, very friendly. We would highly recommend!
