Nice six bedroom house located next to University Lakes and right on the trail system with Chester creek salmon in the fall, both universities and both hospitals within easy walking distance on the beautiful trail. Two living rooms with TV's. New gas fireplace and wood fireplace downstairs. Very large parking, will accommodate large groups. No parties please New large front load washer and dryer. Very nice kitchen with granite countertops. I live right around the corner so I am available

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

My place is in Downtown Anchorage with views of inlet; restaurants, art galleries 1-2 blocks; it is newly constructed and near walking trails. It is a good landing spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is 1 of 2 of the main floor of a 4 unit building.

Our cabin is located just off the North Glenn Highway 62 miles from Anchorage, Alaska and 15 miles from Palmer, Alaska.
