Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Cosy, fresh, modern private studio appartement with airco and canal view in the museum area next to the popular area ‘the Pijp’. This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.
