5/5 stars! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were in our own little paradise. The house is stunning, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what really made our stay special was the breathtaking scenery surrounding the home. Waking up to the sweet songs of birds every morning was pure bliss! We also appreciated the great privacy this home offered - it was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We can't recommend this home enough! If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway, this is the perfect place for you

This is such a gem of a house. Located within the heart of the city and yet just away enough that you will never be bothered by traffic and pollution, this house offers the best of both worlds in many regards. The house is sprawling with 2 floors and huge bedrooms. In addition to all the amenities mentioned, the host makes the extra effort for the guest - cookies and sweets for the guest, detailed instructions and numbers of nearby hospitals and stations in case of an emergency, clean linen and towels, coffee and milk powder - the attention taken to make sure the guest has a comfortable stay is laudable. The fact that we could park 4 cars inside this space in the heart of Ernakulam is simply amazing and the best way to explain how much space. Will definitely be back here again.

The place was absolutely delightful, kudos to caretaker (Sujith and his partner) who keeps the place in its pristine condition. Rooms are spacious and can take you back in time. My pet is extremely choosy about his sleep and people he meets, people there took care of him like their own and made his feel at home. Thanks to Roopa and team for preserving this place in its most beautiful condition. I would go back again! Note : If you’re a heavy breakfast seeker, plan for it with them in advance. The food was delicious but the only in limited quantity. Enjoy!☺️

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience we have had. The warmth and affection Viji Chechi showed made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. By the end of our stay, she felt like one of our family members. Another great thing about this property other than its stunning infrastructure,space and warm host is that it is pet friendly. Would definitely plan another visit soon.

Fantastic Property with Beautiful Views and Excellent Service! We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor spaces are massive, offering stunning backwater views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of mountain bikes to explore the local area. The property is incredibly well-maintained, and cleanliness is a solid 10/10. A special mention to Sachu chettan, the caretaker, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes the best chai, and we loved his warm hospitality. We were a family of five, including my parents, and we had a wonderful time. For food, Swiggy deliveries were a convenient option, and we also enjoyed the local homely meals available on-site. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

The stay was amazing . we had a great time over there. From the moment we booked, the host, Bibin was so helpful and friendly. He helped us with our tight schedule. We only have a suggestion about the pool, that it would be even better if the pool hours were extended past 8:30 PM to allow for a more relaxing evening swim. But overall we had a great and pleasant time over there. Also the House felt like home.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

We stayed at Mid's Villa for 12 days and enjoyed every moment. Our kids loved the pool and the nearby beaches. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning which was very helpful in the hot season. The breakfast was great and the evening menu exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the staff who helped us organize auto and taxi rides and kept the property spotlessly clean.

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

Due to occurrences outside Varghese’s control, the room we had booked with him became unavailable prior to our stay. However, Varghese was extremely helpful in lining up an alternate location for us to stay, sending pictures to make sure we were happy with the change, and covering all our room expenses there. He was helpful and communicative throughout the process. Thank you so much!

We had a fine stay. The interiors of the property are beautiful, perfectly matching the photos. All functional amenities were available - iron, washing machine, clothes drying stand etc. There is ample space to park the car and lots of common spaces to sit together. The kitchen is very well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Fort Kochi!

The place was at a walking distance from lulu mall and metro station,So it was easy to reach many places .The flat was similar to the photos and extremely neat.Set in a great peaceful location,we found it very homely.The host was very welcoming and helpful.I would recomend this place to other people.

My recent stay at V's property was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Mr. V had clearly provided directions to reach the place. The accommodation exceeded my expectations - clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings really added to the charm of the place. The villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a dining room. The exterior was also very mesmerising with lots of trees and plants. One of the highlights of my stay was the personalized recommendations provided by the host for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. It truly enhanced our experience and allowed us to explore the area like a local. The host Mr. V went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Overall I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for a stay in and around the area. Great quality for the price!!
