If you reserve just one room, the whole house is at your disposal, and no one else will be there. Rooms can be locked and, of course there is hot water. Airbnb's add says the opposite.

Private room rented in our wooden chalet in the heart of nature, in the middle of the deer that live behind our house. Very quiet, located in the privileged place of Superbolquere (Municipality of our Pyrénées 2000/Bolquere ski resort).
