Vacation rentals with a pool in Almerimar

Quel bel endroit ! Quelle tranquillité ! Je me suis sentie très bien dans la maison de Mercedes et Diego. Le terrain est très grand et clos ce qui est formidable si vous voyagez avec un chien. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et j’ai apprécié la bouteille de vin – provenant des vignes de Diego – comme cadeau de bienvenue. Je recommande tout à fait.

Der Aufenthalt in San Jose war sehr schön. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht und Restaurants,Supermärkte und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf der Straße vor dem Haus kann man kostenlos parken. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar.

Hemos pasado una semana santa estupenda en el piso de Laura y Antonio! Sin duda, nuestra zona favorita donde pasábamos la mayoría de nuestro tiempo libre eran las terrazas. Nuestra hija disfrutaba mucho de jugar en la mini piscina, un espacio muy amplio para jugar con toda la familia, tomar el sol etc. La zona de abajo permitía comer tranquilo en la sombra, mientras durante las cenas se podría disfrutar de la apuesta del sol, no se podría pedir más la vdd!!! Una maravilla de sitio. El barrio muy tranquilo, lo que nosotros buscamos, calles amplias y multitud de parques por si a alguien le gusta correr/ ir en bici. A 10 min andando un parque infantil enorme y precioso (parque de las familias). La comunidad cuenta con un gimnasio sencillo, pero muy bien cuidado y con todo lo que necesites para un entrenamiento base. La piscina exterior también tenía muy buena pinta, aunque por la temporada que estuvimos el agua estaba bastante fresca. Los anfitriones muy pendientes y super amables! :)))

We spend 3 weeks at Ana place. All looks like on the pictures. The view from terrace is beautiful. Kitchen is quite small but good equiped. AC in two rooms (one bedroom and dinning room). Parking included in the building - that was very usefull. Check-in easy - we were welcomed by the host. In the building there are 2 swimming pools and a gym, open 8:00-22:00, free for the habitants. The apartment is spacious and nice. Area of living is super calm. Mosty locals lives there. Nearby the is a small shop. I recomend to have a car - otherwise it can be difficult to reach the city by the sea. Host is very responsibe - any question we had was addressed in a short time. We experienced there a small independent incident caused by the neighbour upstairs - a flood. Our host reacted quickly once we informed her. I belive all demaged caused by the water will be fixed soon. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Die Wohnung von Teresa ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und vor allem sehr kinderfreundlich vorbereitet. Man kann auch Amazon Prime schauen, wenn man die spanische Sprache nicht beherrscht;-) Der Ausblick und die Gegend sind wunderschön. Es ist angenehm ruhig, aber fußläufig ist man schnell in der Ortsmitte mit sehr guten Restaurants. Teresa war um unser Wohlergehen sehr bemüht. Wir können die Wohnung vollstens empfehlen.

Le logement de Daniel bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle notamment à partir de la chambre. La description est tout à fait conforme à la réalité et on trouve toutes les commodités de la vie courante ; l'appartement est très bien pourvu ; rien ne manque. Daniel a été super pendant tout le séjour ; il a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous a beaucoup aidé tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons très fortement son logement.
