Sophie was an amazing host and went over and above. Flexible with checking times as our plans changed at short notice. The accommodation was clean with amenities provided. The ‘welcome’ booklet provided useful recommendations for days out and local restaurants. The property is front line to the coastal walkway and nature park. Absolutely great location. I would highly recommend the property and host.

The house was very good! It was well maintained and very well stocked, the bed was good and it was clean. It really felt like a real house you’re staying in instead of a generic rental apartment. The highlights for us were the swimming pool and private part of the garden. Surrounded by quiet, nature and a lot of cute cats this was the perfect place for us to unwind after a hike through the beautiful surrounding landscapes. Would definitely recommend this place!

A perect location for us close to the beach and walkable to everywhere we wanted. A great apartment with everything we needed. A comfortable home from home. Manuel was the best host ever. There was an issue with the WiFi and he was so proactive in sorting it out for us. We were then caught up in the national blackout and Manuel communicated well and helped us massively. A real gentleman. We definitely plan to return.

We had a great time in a fantastic place and the house with everything you need and in unbeatable condition, highly recommended and I will definitely be back, it's great. The owners are very friendly and the service was charming.

We had an excellent week of family vacations; we were two adults, a teenager and our cat. It was the one that had the best time because the apartment is spacious and with a balcony that looked out to browse. The terras is very nice. We enjoy the proximity of the beaches as well as restaurants. We will definitely repeat.

This is the second time that I have stayed at his accommodation and we will possibly repeat because it is very comfortable and quiet. Within a private development that people do not have access to, so it is very quiet. And with all the details.

We spent a month at Jochem’s apartment, and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Jochem was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay — he responded quickly to all our messages and gave us great recommendations for local spots. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It’s located in a peaceful and charming village, but still close to plenty of great places to enjoy in the evenings. A beautiful, wide beach is just a short walk away, and we never had any trouble finding a quiet spot to relax. We worked remotely during our stay, so a strong and reliable internet connection was essential, and Jochem’s place delivered perfectly. Parking was also never an issue, with free spots always available nearby. If we’re ever looking for another long-term stay in the region, Jochem’s apartment will be our first choice without a doubt.

Beautiful apartment, quite new and clean. Location on the outskirts but very quiet. The only thing is that there are some stairs to access. The rest is wonderful.

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

Modern, comfortable apartment with a large terrace in a central area of Las Negras. We've stayed here before and we really liked it, I'm sure we'll be back

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

Thank you Juan for everything, the apartment and the area perfect to enjoy with the family on the beach that is a step. I recommend it.

Spacious apartment with direct view of the golf course, beautiful covered terrace, Mercadona and various shops nearby. Complete and even excessive equipment in all areas. This is the second time I've rented it.

The apartment was beautiful with ocean view rooftop and terrace. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use much of the kitchen but it was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. The kids loved the pool and the beach. Great location. Highly recommend it for relaxing break in almerimar.

Very nice apartment as described. The terrace is superb, even if the weather did not allow us to use it. Very warm and welcoming.

Desiree’s apartment is modern and well equipped. The apartment is big and airy with a comfortable lounge , a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom that is modern with a big shower, and spacious bedrooms. I can’t fault it and I will stay there again. Also Desiree is very responsive to any questions I had.

Second time staying here and now even better with new bathroom refurb and terrace furniture. A perfect spot to enjoy Almerimar.
