Sophie was an amazing host and went over and above. Flexible with checking times as our plans changed at short notice. The accommodation was clean with amenities provided. The ‘welcome’ booklet provided useful recommendations for days out and local restaurants. The property is front line to the coastal walkway and nature park. Absolutely great location. I would highly recommend the property and host.

The house was very good! It was well maintained and very well stocked, the bed was good and it was clean. It really felt like a real house you’re staying in instead of a generic rental apartment. The highlights for us were the swimming pool and private part of the garden. Surrounded by quiet, nature and a lot of cute cats this was the perfect place for us to unwind after a hike through the beautiful surrounding landscapes. Would definitely recommend this place!

A perect location for us close to the beach and walkable to everywhere we wanted. A great apartment with everything we needed. A comfortable home from home. Manuel was the best host ever. There was an issue with the WiFi and he was so proactive in sorting it out for us. We were then caught up in the national blackout and Manuel communicated well and helped us massively. A real gentleman. We definitely plan to return.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en un fantástico lugar y la casa con todo lo necesario y en inmejorables condiciones, muy recomendable y sin duda repetiré se está muy bien. Los dueños muy amables y el trato a sido un encanto.

Pasamos una excelente semana de vacaciones en familia; fuimos dos adultos, una adolescente y nuestro gato. Fue el que mejor se lo pasó pues el piso es amplio y con un balcón al cual se asomaba para curiosear. La terrasa muy agradable. Disfrutamos de la proximidad de las playas, así como de restaurantes. Sin duda repetiremos.

We spent a month at Jochem’s apartment, and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Jochem was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay — he responded quickly to all our messages and gave us great recommendations for local spots. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It’s located in a peaceful and charming village, but still close to plenty of great places to enjoy in the evenings. A beautiful, wide beach is just a short walk away, and we never had any trouble finding a quiet spot to relax. We worked remotely during our stay, so a strong and reliable internet connection was essential, and Jochem’s place delivered perfectly. Parking was also never an issue, with free spots always available nearby. If we’re ever looking for another long-term stay in the region, Jochem’s apartment will be our first choice without a doubt.

Precioso apartamento, bastante nuevo y limpio. Ubicación a las afueras pero muy tranquila. Lo único es que hay algunas escaleras para acceder. El resto maravilloso.

Indudablemente, si volvemos a venir a Roquetas, nos alojaremos en el apartamento de Jesús: trato amable y cercano, y buen asesoramiento en todos los aspectos (restaurantes, lugares de interés...). Una de las cosas que nos sorprendió fue que el apartamento es más amplio de lo que muestran las fotos, haciendo la estancia muy acogedora. Además, hay que añadir que la piscina de la comunidad está genial... Cabe destacar también la facilidad que hay para aparcar, así como la buena localización que tiene...¡¡¡Hemos pasado unos días muy a gusto!!!

Apartamento moderno, cómodo con amplia terraza en una zona céntrica de Las Negras. Ya estuvimos previamente y nos gusto mucho, seguro que repetiremos

Gaïa est très agréable et de bons conseils pour les mieux typique. Elle ne parle pas français mais à appelé sa cousine qui elle le parle de façon excellente, donc aucun quiproquo. Nous sommes arrivés en retard mais elle nous attendait, elle nous aussi expliqué où nous garer à proximité. Sont logement est top, et le prix est parfait. Je recommande en tout point

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in Patricia‘s Häuschen . Sie begrüßte uns sehr herzlich , hatte bereits einen fahrbaren Gasofen bereit gestellt , wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Es standen Früchte, Tomaten und Getränke bereit und sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung . Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich , es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen . Außen ist es wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Sitzen ein . Da wir nur einen kompletten Tag zur Verfügung hatten , starteten wir früh. Die Gegend in diesem Naturpark ist spektakulär, wir liebten die kleinen Orte an den schönen Stränden . Leider hatten viele Restaurants geschlossen , die Saison im Cabo de Gata endet Mitte Oktober . Wir möchten Patricia noch einmal danken für ihre Gastfreundschaft .

Gracias Juan por todo, el apartamento y la zona perfectos para disfrutar con la familia de la playa que esta un paso. Lo recomiendo.

Definitivamente increible todo la casa ña Ubicación la piscina etc etc .. de esos sitios q sientes q has acertado al reservar asi q lo recomiendo 100%

appartement spacieux vue directe sur le golf belle terrasse couverte mercadona et différents commerces à proximité immédiate. Équipement complet et même pléthorique dans tous les domaines. C'est la seconde fois que je le loue.

Se nota el cariño y la dedicación que le habéis puesto al apartamento, nos sentimos como en casa, la cocina está totalmente equipada con un toque vintage, las camas son muy confortables, la ubicación no podría ser mejor, las vistas a la piscina y a la playa excepcionales la experiencia muy buena en general. muchas gracias por todo

Apartamento limpio y ordenado, urbanización muy tranquila.

Todo tal y como lo pone en anuncio de de la aplicación, sin embargo la piscina no estaba disponible. Lo demás todo bien, el sofa, las camas muy cómodas, la cocina con todo lo necesario. Las playas del pueblo también se ubican cerca, y además están muy bien; volvería sin duda! Desiree es muy buena anfitriona, pendiente de todo y nos informó de los sitios de interés.

Foi uma semana muito agradável, acolhedor, a Kirsty nos atendeu e foi muito simpática e acolhedora, com certeza voltando volto a ficar nesta estadia e recomendo muito obrigado

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zaki's apartment for a month. Very homely, lots of character, very spacious for the two of us, could have lived there! Zaki was very responsive to any questions we had. It's within 5 mins walking distance to promenade/beach from which you can walk for miles. There are bars/restaurants beneath, also Doctor and Pharmacy. Zaki had provided everything you would need to maintain cleanliness of the apartment even down to shower gel and shampoo in a lovely modern bathroom. The kitchen was adequate for us although an oven would have been an advantage. The spacious terrace got the sun all day until about 5 ish but probably later in the summer months. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again should we return to Roquetas de Mar.
