We were very happy with the apartment, it was very functional, large, plenty of light, nice bathrooms with great showers, we had everything we needed and the terrace with direct sea view was just amazing! The position of the apartment was also excellent, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently reached by car. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighbors (loud TV on same wall with bedroom) and also the smell of cooking came through the bathroom ventilation when neighbors were cooking. This is not something Salva can control, so I didn't take it as a direct negative point for his beautiful apartment, plus he is already putting solutions in place for these issue :) Salva is a great host, he met us directly for check in, he was very responsive for an issue we had with the coffee machine (he brought us a new one!), and we had a great time here in beautiful Aguadulce.

The stay was excellent. The place was clean, and it was like in the pictures. The area is quiet, which is what we were looking for. We were in the vicinity and Agua Amarga was from the villages that we liked the most, so we are lucky to be staying there. We only spoke to Ines for messages but was attentive at all times. Accommodation and area 100% recommended.

Great house in a very beautiful area

Fran and Eva's little saline house is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are impressive and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back: 10/10

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

Hello. My family and I were at the Santa Week Bridge. We were a big group along with my small dog. (Titan). We had an amazing weekend. Fran's house facilities are ideal for a good vacation. The house has the best access to the sea, it is incredible to be able to sleep with the sea in front. We celebrated a birthday and we were happy. I wouldn't change anything. The only thing, we can stay a lot more days next time. I would definitely recommend this place. We are already preparing our next time for the summer. Thank you Fran for your attention. 🫶🏼💡🔝

Very nicely located apartment. Nicely decorated but basic. In the area you can walk beautifully and we ate deliciously there (for that you have to drive at least 15 minutes).

Our stay at the house was impeccable. The accommodation is very attractive, in a very quiet area but very close to the center of the village, it is very well maintained and has many details, such as the coffee items. The views are spectacular, especially from the upstairs terrace. The TV is great, with payment platforms available. Very attentive to any questions. Totally recommended if you go to San José.

The apartment is beautiful, it was sparkling clean and smelled great, Marian is an excellent host, she gave us directions to the area and recommended several places, we will definitely be back

The truth is, the apartment was a thousand times better than what you see in the photos, the host leaves you quite a few useful things for everyday life, towels, blankets and all the amenities… Due to the blackout in Spain this Monday, in principle my partner and I were going back to Madrid on Tuesday, however, they canceled the train and Rosa, the host was quite understanding and let us stay one more night and without paying anything extra… I don't know what we would have done otherwise. In conclusion, it was one of the best places we've been to spend a couple of days and disconnect, the area is very quiet and we had a great time, if I go back to Almería, I would definitely stay in the same Airbnb. Regards!!

We loved the place well located, it is recently renovated and the decor makes the stay very pleasant, the sofa bed is quite comfortable and it is very clean we will return without hesitation, thanks to María and her son Juanfra they made the stay very easy thanks to both of us for being such good hosts

Sandra was a very good host. The apartment did not lack a single detail (everything was highly valued) and everything was just as described in the photos. She was flexible with our arrival and departure, and communication was perfect at all times. The apartment is just what we were looking for: a quiet place, one minute from the sea and with a good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. We had a great time, a highly recommended place.

A very nice quiet location with lots of greenery. The house is relatively new, super clean and equipped with all the comforts. Even a swimming pool within the complex. The communication with Maria went very smoothly and quickly. A very positive experience and definitely recommended.
