it was a very nice studio. everything was sparkling clean. the view was fantastic. the communication with rosa is great. she responds very quickly and is very friendly the only regret was that there was a lot of work in the neighborhood, but the hostess can't help that. also it was very thoughtful that there was coffee,water and fruit. even a small attention because we stayed 4 nights

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

A dreamy stay that I would recommend to everyone. My partner and I were looking for a place to disconnect and this house has exceeded expectations. It has beautiful ocean views and at night you can admire the starry sky away from the chaos of the city. It is equipped with everything you need and the cleanliness is excellent. In case of need, the village is a few minutes away in car. Mario and María José were very attentive and available. Would recommend without hesitation

We were very comfortable at Maria's place. The town of Las Negras is a special place to disconnect and the house is located in one of the best places in the village, both close to the beach and leisure places. The house is large, comfortable, with all the necessary accessories, within a new and quiet development. The views from the terrace are a great plus for the house. María was attentive to our possible needs. Definitely recommend.

Great, spacious apartment in the perfect location while still being quiet, private and peaceful. The amazing and huge terrace, with loungers and table & chairs, and lots of shade, while still also sun if you want it, stands out. Everything, the bars restaurants and beach are all within 5 minutes walk. The underground secure car park was literally directly under the flat, so close. Berta was the perfect host, so friendly and helpful, and communicative. 5 Stars, and we'd love to return

The apartment is very spacious. 2 large rooms, even in one of the rooms 3 children could fit without a problem. Large living room, with lots of light, as well as the terrace. Flexibility in check-in time, and good communication with the host. The area is very quiet, the whole town in general, ideal for a vacation looking for relaxation and disconnection.

The stay was a 10. We were a group of 7 friends who decided to celebrate New Year's Eve together for another year, and we found this house by chance. The published photos and the area where it is located captivated us and we decided to visit it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Maria, who adapted to our schedule as we arrived (we had to eat on the way and change the arrival time). They didn't give us any trouble. When we got there, the house does not do justice to the photos published, the interior, the decoration, the views... the sunsets captivate you for a few minutes, and the entire outdoor area is adapted to enjoy both the porch area and the outdoor table. Inside, everything is very well adapted and clean. They offered us basics like coffee, salt, ice and water at no extra cost. In short, a very cozy and recommended house. It is essential to visit the Cabo de Gata area and its surroundings, leaving time to enjoy the sunsets.

Everything was great :-) very communicative and friendly. It responds very quickly. The area is 10 and the accommodation is small but for us well, in front of the promenade and the pool is the best. Very large , very nice urbanization and very quiet to go with the family.

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible.
