Beachfront vacation rentals in Almerimar

Am colaborat foarte bine cu Svetlana. Apartamentul curat si aproape de plaja.

Pasamos casi una semana en el apartamento de Joe. Estuvimos felices en todos los aspectos: el piso en sí, que es mucho más bonito de lo que las fotos le hacen justicia, las vistas maravillosas, el espacio, la ubicación, el buen trato. Se nota el cariño y el cuidado que pone Joe en que estemos cómodos y no nos falte nada. Volveremos.

Un lugar super bonito, zona tranquila pero a la vez en pleno casco urbano. La playa se encuentra muy cerquita, en apenas un paseo estás allí. Las vistas son un auténtico espectáculo y la casa, a pesar de ser tradicional tiene todas las comodidades, con aire acondicionado, placas solares, muy bien equipada de todo lo necesario. Es grande, espaciosa. Las camas muy cómodas y la piscina nos encantó!!! Pasamos un gran fin de semana con amigos, se nos hizo muy corto, repetiremos!!! Quisiera agradecer a Francisco su amabilidad, disponibilidad y atención en todo momento!!! Es un gran anfitrión!!!

Apartamento estupendo con terraza (con ducha) en el edificio. Acceso super facil a la playa (que no es de arena fina). Communicacion super facil con Rocio :-)

Hemos pasado un fin de semana increíble en este apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de la playa y en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Me sentí en familia con Carmen y Jofre, la verdad q me trataron a mi y a mi familia estupendamente. si vuelvo por la zona repito!

Todo muy lindo. Cerca de la playa, además tiene una piscina compartida muy linda. Recomiendo este lugar.

Pablo, what an exceptional host., so professional but also very friendly with his help and advice. The property was as described, had all you needed.. He send over some harmful places to visit and places to eat. Helpful. Location was great for the beach and restaurants., There is building work going on which you see from window, but this is a positive because it is creating a pleasant surrounding for the community. Great amazing sea views., If you are a tv lover the tv is massive but sadly for us it didn’t do English., so maybe an Amazon stick may work., but weather was to good to be worried about tv. Fantastic host and a perfect apartment! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment—it had everything you could possibly need, not just for a holiday, but to feel completely at home. It was immaculately clean and really comfortable throughout. Ruben was an outstanding host. He responded quickly and helpfully to every message we sent, whether it was a question about the apartment, a request for restaurant recommendations, or even helping us order a taxi when we got stuck while out. His support made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the apartment and Ruben as a host—would absolutely stay again!

Todo genial en el alojamiento, repetiremos, sin duda.

NL meivakantie.'25, We were there while the power collapsed in whole Spain/Portugal... (No electricity, tv, radio, pin, internet and also no water). Host kept us posted from moment he was able to, and reassured us (thanks that was great). There were candles, a lantern and a bbq, so we could eat, and bucket to fill with water. House is very well equiped and looks modern; garage, wifi, tv with netflix option, great terrace, cosy beds, there were enough (tea)towels. Walk through the brown door (w.key) and you are at the beach in 5 min. Aguadulce is a cute area, only thing that would have made it more excellent would be see-sight (1 floor up and just outside door it is visible) and maybe some loungechairs on the terrace. And bring earplugs; neighbours were a little loud watching football late at night sometimes. Visited San José, Almeria, Tabernas desert, Cabo de Gata and had a wonderful holliday!

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

El alojamiento estaba en perfecto estado de limpieza y la relación con el anfitrión ha sido correcta y cordial.

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

Anne Marie est vraiment très aimable et accueillante. L'appartement correspond très bien à la description, propreté impeccable, bien équipé, terrasse super agréable. Le logement est situé en bordure de plage, mais suffisamment excentré pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit. Nous avons pu profiter de la digue pour faire de belles promenades. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Roquetas de Mar et nous recommandons sans hésitation le logement de Anne Marie.

Heel fijn appartement op een mooie lokatie in Almeria. We kwamen aan tijdens de nationale stroomuitval in Spanje maar konden elkaar gelukkig snel vinden. Het appartement zelf is prachtig en van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. Sterke aanbevolen!!! :)

Estancia muy agradable. Muy cómoda. A 5 minutos de la playa y restaurantes. Maylo fue muy amable y flexible con la entrada y la salida. El apartamento estaba impecable y es muy cómodo y bonito. Sin duda repetiría.

Appartement agréable, propre et bien situé, tout prés de la plage. parking à disposition très pratique. à recommander

El alojamiento es un 10 sobre 10. En primera línea de playa y con unas vistas increíbles. El piso es muy grande, estaba limpísimo, muy bien equipado (cocina con todo, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, gel y champú). La terraza coge todo el ático y tiene bastante barbacoa. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido en todo momento muy fácil y rápido. La verdad es que no se puede pedir más a un apartamento vacacional.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

Lien et Gino sont des hôtes proactifs aux petits soins, de l'arrivée à votre départ. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis et conseillé sur le stationnement en ville. Le logement est vraiment idéal, conforme en tout point à la description qui est faite. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La terrasse vue mer est un plus qui nous a permis de nous relaxer quelques jours pendant notre tour de l'Andalousie. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. 5⭐

Muy bien, el trato muy servicial, y el alojamiento en muy buena condiciones y muy buena localización

Wir wurden freundlich von Rocio empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Es gab für jeden ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und etwas nahrhaftes aus der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Am Besten ist der sehr große Balkon mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf das Meer, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Almeria ist nicht gerade die schönste Stadt, aber wer ruhig Urlaub machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Rocia hat sich mehrmals bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alle sin Ordnung ist und ob wir eventuell noch etwas benötigen. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Positiv ist auch die nehe gelegene Tiefgarage zu erwähnen, die die doch sehr schwierige Parkplatzsuche vermeidet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben..
