Warm and attentive welcome and very pleasant accommodation

Nicer, bigger and warmer house than we thought so it was a positive surprise. Lots of rooms provided lots of possibilities. Well equipped, nice view and quick responses from the host. We had a great stay!

A beautiful spot tucked in one of the most stunning fjords. If there had been more snow, it would’ve been a backcountry skiers paradise. That being said we still found some great skiing not far from the house. Egil is an awesome host and I would love to come back and visit in the summer and again in the winter (hopefully with more snow). Worth a stay if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place to vacation.

This lovely place was our home for almost a month. The location is central and the house very cozy. The mountains are your backyard and the sea right in front of you. We made several trips to the surrounding area, including freeskiing in the mountains, surfing in Hoddevik, Runde puffin island, city visit to Ålesund and hikes in the area. There are several rental saunas in the area, the nearest one is 5 minutes away. The house is well equipped. The hosts Anne-Mari and Terje are very helpful. Sometimes there was bass from the road from the youth's cars, but it didn't bother us too much. Would love to go back again!

we had a great time staying at Arilds . house is well equipped , clean, warm. enjoyed sauna in the evening , had a swim in a sea . Views are just breathtaking. cought few fish of the jetty. Rented a big boat for a couple of days . boat is in very good condition, reliable good on fuel . hope to be back soon . 5 🌟

Asbjorn is super likeable and very helpful. The house is located in a beautiful environment with many excursion possibilities. House is huge with everything you need, but rather old-fashioned. But it is still recommended.

The apartment was very nice and above all large! The location was great for all kinds of activities, and contact with Ashild was easy. A beach is within walking distance

The host was incredibly kind and took great care of us, making our stay both happy and comfortable. The view in front of the house was especially breathtaking. It was so nice that I’d love to come back again.

True to the photos, my son and I had a wonderful stay. The view from the terrace overlooks the fjords SYLVIE HELEN's husband is always welcoming, available and even printed out activities for us to do. The gentleman offered to take us back to the central station for our departure, letting us choose our schedule. I recommend this location and its owners 10/10. Thank you very much, sir.

For us who were visiting two students, this was completely inner. Amazing apartment, amazing host. Next time we are going back to Ålesund , we will stay here again!

A spacious apartment with a terrace, fireplace and wonderful views of the Fjord mountains. Impeccably clean, with everything you need for a good stay. Comfortable beds and good linens. Martin is an exceptional host, he was always in contact with us giving us tips for a good arrival and accommodation. I highly recommend it.

This was our second stay with Jon Robert & Anna. It is a beautiful place across a small road from the lake with mountain views - including views of waterfalls & the glacier. The apartment is decorated with personal touches, making you feel like you are at home. There are MANY things to do just a drive away. Ålesund is only an hour away. We also drove to Runde (the famous bird island) from here. Jon Robert has a printed guide book with exact routes on driving tours of the area. He is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, and in very good condition.

We had a wonderful stay at Merete and Jesper’s beautiful home. The house was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we felt at home right away. You can really tell how much thought and care has gone into making it such a special place. This stay was a real highlight of our trip—we’d love to come back. What a fantastic stay we had. So much room, really beautiful in the surrounding area. The stay at the cabin was one of our highlights of our holiday. Great value for money. Just wish we could of stayed longer. A huge thank you to Kristoffer and their family.

Lovely stay and very nice hosts who were quick to help/answer questions. The house is large, especially good living areas, from which there are very nice views of the fjord. Big plus we were allowed to rent the boat to sail around the fjord with/fishing (absolutely fine price for this). We hope to have a chance to come back!

A wonderful experience! The cabin is cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. The host was very attentive to detail and very easy to communicate with – always available and friendly. Everything was perfectly organized and our stay was relaxing and carefree. Highly recommended!☺️

Lovise's cabin is beautifully located right down by the sea and close to the pier where you could swim/fish and get out in a boat. Short distance to Fosnavåg with all services. The cabin is great and has EVERYTHING you need and then some. Good beds, plenty of space, nice interiors and good qualities make this cabin absolutely fantastic. We'D LOVE TO come again 😃

The place is just perfect - everything matches the photos. The cottage is large, comfortable and well equipped with great location and wonderful views of the mountains. Contact with the hosts was always friendly and helpful. The hot tub is still the icing on the cake - we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in this beautiful cabin by the lake. The view is incredible, the cabin was perfectly equipped and very nicely furnished. Jan-Ove and Anita are the perfect hosts and were very, very helpful and nice when there was a problem with my arrival. I couldn't be more grateful and highly recommend the cabin and the hosts. I'd love to come back at some point.
