Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is only used by you guests and access to the rest of the main house is closed off. There is 5 gallons of water available in the fridge. Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. You have the entire second floor and attic at your disposal, with two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Private garage included – very rare in the city center. The place is bright, cozy, and home-like. Quiet location, but only a few minutes' walk to Byparken, restaurants, and the steps to Fjellstua.

Cozy basement apartment in an old wooden house in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to the City Bath, the city park, cafes and shops. A great starting point for exploring the city and the surrounding area. Close to the bus stop if you want to take a trip to the mountains or out to the sea. There is free parking in the street, but we have to register guest parking so we need to be sent the registration number of your car before you arrive.
