The apartment is located in a quiet and secluded part of the city center, but is still only a stone's throw away from all amenities as well as great hiking areas. The apartment itself is located on the 7th floor - there is an elevator in the building. The apartment contains a kitchen, living room with sleeping alcoves, WC and bathroom. Here is a high level of comfort.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is newly renovated in 2024 and is consistently bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great lake views. The kitchen has what you need, plus a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table that seats four people. The master bedroom has a 180 cm bed, TV on the wall and walk-in. The guest room has a 150 cm bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is bright with a combined washing machine/dryer.

Fantastic view from sitting area outside apartment! Patly also with roofing and heating - heat lamp for colder or rainy days. Perfect for breakfast and relax in the evening with a view even with not the best weather. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one bathroom. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Newly renovated & central apartment

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment centrally located in Ålesund city center. Just a stone's throw away you will find the popular Brosundet, and you are within walking distance to all of the city's restaurants and other sights. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport in the late afternoon/evening. There is a 24-HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the rental. Joker Vikane. Walking distance to both the city center and Aksla viewpoint. Quiet area. Simple kitchen with fridge, hotplates, microwave and kettle. Both bedrooms have a double bed, so suitable for up to 4 people. Free parking at the entrance. The house is located on a somewhat steep hill. The airport is about 20 minutes drive away.

Here is a sauna and wood-fired hot tub with sea water that can be rented and enjoy the tranquility and nice view of the Hjørundfjord. There is also a private harbor with the possibility to rent a boat. Price per day: 16 ft 15/20 horsepower NOK 600 plus petrol. 18 ft 30 horsepower NOK 850 per day. Gasoline is in addition to what the customer uses. Life jackets can be borrowed. All boat rentals are at your own risk
