Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. The experience has been spectacular. Even before booking the accommodation, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house is as shown in the photos. We arrived and the fireplaces were lit and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Everything was clean, tidy and full of details that made the stay comfortable and super pleasant. Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

We stayed two nights at Cristina's place and would definitely come back again. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, and Cristina had put in lots of thoughtful details. The location is great: close to the subway and a bus to the airport, and next to a beautiful park. Thanks very much!

The apartment was very practical for us, we arrived easily and we were able to keep the car throughout the stay since the connection with the center is very good with the subway. Everything was right, clean and ready to use, with lots of kitchenware. A pleasant atmosphere thanks to the heating that worked perfectly. We didn't use it because of the weather, but we saw that it also had air conditioning on both floors. It has a terrace that would have been great, but the weather was not good and the rain prevented us from using it. I think it's important to note that not all the windows have blinds, so light comes in at dawn. This, depending on your taste, can be a point for or against, but I think it's important to know.

We arrived the day Madrid lost power. It took some time to reach Maria because of national power outage. When we did we were met almost immediately. What a warm welcome and a perfect apartment!! Thank you for everything, even ordering taxi. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet oasis to n the heart of Madrid. Thank you to Jesus for everything too!!

Everything excellent!

Nice apartment near the city and with many nice bakeries and cafes in the street. Bus 9 is perfect to commute. The facilities are top notch and love the patio. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Just the entry system lock and app is not really convenient.

We had a lovely stay at La Casa de la Navata. The house was impeccably clean, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom spotless, and the bed linen of very good quality. The only small issue we encountered was with the second bedroom, which turned out to be much smaller than expected and, importantly, doesn't have a window — something that isn't entirely clear in the listing. While it didn’t affect the overall positive experience, I believe future guests would appreciate having this detail mentioned more explicitly in the description. The location is peaceful and charming, and communication with the host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and kind. All in all, we really enjoyed our time there and are grateful to the host for the care and attention given to the space.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.
