Plenty of parking is available in a quiet Cul De Sac, around 20 steps then lead you down to the bungalow. Made up of one double bedroom and one twin. Comfortable lounge and dining area, open kitchen and a large terrace and BBQ area which leads you out and down a few steps and to the large swimming pool, tennis courts and communal area.

We also have a terrace with outdoor dining and awning, which offers plenty of privacy and open views over the Teulada-Moraira-Benitaxell vineyards. We have private indoor parking space and a large community pool.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
