It has 4 bedrooms , 2 large dining tables, sun-beds, bar/ BBQ. Next to the villa is enough car parking. Shopping mall with supermarkets are 2 minutes drive away. The town Moraira and beach are 6 minutes drive away. Village Benitachell 4 min away. Alicante airport 1 hour away. Valencia 1.15 hour away.

It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

The main residence has 2 bedrooms (4 beds) and a separate guesthouse with 2 extra beds — ideal for friends or family who want a little more privacy. The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are 10 to 15 minutes away by car.
