Nuestro apartamento dispone de un salón comedor amplio, con una cocina office, dos habitaciones de buen tamaño y dos baños completos, uno en suite. Además tenemos una terraza con comedor de exterior y toldo, que ofrece mucha privacidad y unas vistas abiertas sobre los viñedos de Teulada-Moraira-Benitaxell. Tenemos plaza de parking cubierta privada y una piscina comunitaria de gran tamaño.

La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. Plenty of parking is available in a quiet Cul De Sac, around 20 steps then lead you down to the bungalow. Made up of one double bedroom and one twin. Comfortable lounge and dining area, open kitchen and a large terrace and BBQ area which leads you out and down a few steps and to the large swimming pool, tennis courts and communal area.
