Quiet cozy duplex apartment with large terrace and fantastic view of Lake Constance. The apartment is located in Bodman, about 30 minutes from Constance. In the village, there are various restaurants, a Penny and a small bakery. The living space is about 116 square meters, divided into kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace with stunning views over Lake Constance. Since we usually live in it ourselves, the apartment is very well equipped.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

We booked the place to visit our family nearby. The apartment is perfectly suited to a family of four. Everything you need is available! Super access to the highway. Legoland/Peppa Pig Park can be reached in 15 minutes, Steiff Museum in 25 minutes, Ulm Zoo in 20 minutes. Supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away. We will be happy to come back. If you want to enjoy your peace and quiet a bit outside, you're in the right place! Patrick and his family were very nice and friendly hosts!

Very nice, cozy and charming apartment in a good location... a bit noisy, but I think that in such an old building with so much half-timbering is unavoidable... the bells ringing from the church next door are loud but it didn't bother me, on the contrary... I felt very comfortable in the office building and will most likely come back...

We arrived after several hours of travel... and it was a beautiful gift to find Markus's beautiful home waiting for us. A warm and welcoming home, all made of wood. As soon as you enter, it's the first scent you get...the wood. Completely overlooking the garden. Green everywhere. Beautiful window in the kitchen area. Cooking has all the comforts. Everyone. From the espresso machine to the American coffee maker. Toaster. Oven. Dishwasher and washing machine (the latter in the bathroom). Cozy rooms. Spacious beds. Even the bunks in the bedroom. Very clean. Private parking behind the apartment. Very convenient. In addition to the garden, there is also a very nice sun terrace. We didn't use it much because it was still cool in the evening. It was a great experience. To do again, it's definitely highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The furnishings are modern and are of excellent quality. The apartment building is quiet and peaceful, and is close to the town centre. Anita was very helpful and responsive, and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived! We look forward to visiting again!
