Great place to have a quiet weekend with your family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Saeed’s villa. Check-in was smooth, and we were allowed to store our luggage early, which was a big help. The villa is spacious, spotless, and feels brand new. It’s located in a quiet, family-friendly community with a children’s play area right next door. Parking was available right at the villa, which made things very convenient. Saeed was incredibly responsive—he answered every question immediately or within the hour, which made the experience even better. The kitchen had all the basic essentials like plates, cups, and cutlery. For longer stays or frequent cooking, just note the pots and pans are limited, though it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, it was a beautifully maintained and well-managed property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Saeed’s place to anyone looking for comfort, space, and excellent hospitality.

This place was truly amazing and ended up being the highlight of my trip to Abu Dhabi. It was my first time visiting the country, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The house was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. It provided more than enough room for everyone, and each of us had our own space to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. It was the perfect setup for our group! The host was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly made my visit to Abu Dhabi memorable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Fadel's place felt like home, friendly, welcoming and comfortable especially for solo traveller. I stayed at the best room in the house, rooftop, had amazing views of the Al Rawdah beach and the sorrowding villas. The Villa is close to Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque 🕌 one the largest Mosque in the world. Will definitely 💯 revisit when back in Abu Dhabi.

It’s a great place to stay for a night or two, very near the airport. A little difficult to locate but the host is proactive and sent exact location beforehand. Clean and well curated to the needs of the guest. Would stay again.

Karam property is new and he is a lovely host. I messaged him some suggested enhancements and he had them delivered new, same day (ie a chopping board and toaster). Would recommend him as host and his property is 5 min drive to Yas attractions

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Olena was a true Superhost—her communication before and during our trip was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible with all the requests we had for our family, making everything so easy and seamless. The apartment itself was well-furnished, functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from the stunning white sands of Saadiyat Beach, with plenty of great restaurant options just a short walk away. It was a perfect and relaxing home base for our family. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again!

This is an absolutely marvelous apartment. Very clean, very cozy, very beautiful- with a heart to each detail. The host - Colette is great very caring always connected and answering all the questions. The apartment building is very nice.

A small apartment in a good location. The apartment is small and a has some unpractical “stairs” between rooms. But it is not a problem. There is a brand new fridge and washing machine. Your cloth dries out perfectly on a small a little messy terrace. There is a bus you can take to the center. Emirati park is at walkable distance, which is nice. Very quiet location, though there is a mosque nearby. I spent there a month. I was a little too long. It is OK for a week.

I did not guarantee to check in due to unforeseen circumstances, however Khaled showed itself to be a very friendly owner, was responsive, and even offered to check in earlier. I recommend Khaleda for his professional approach.

Could not recommend this apartment/ complex enough! The interior was homely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was juice and snacks on arrival for us which was a lovely touch! Not to mention the apartment is spotless. The complex itself had its own community which we loved the feel of. Our first day we never even left we enjoyed so much. There’s a shop and restaurant on your door step which gave the perfect balance of self catering and treating ourselves. The location as a whole is perfect, you can see Ferrari world straight from your balcony. Taxis were easy to find in the complex and cheap considering most attractions are close by. The pool was definitely my favourite spot. So relaxing and quiet considering the size of the complex! I spent most mornings here enjoying the heat. We loved it so much we would honestly move and will definitely be back.

Great location and very comfortable accomodation for our trips to Sea World, Warner Brothers, Yas Mall and Ferrari World. The best price for a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment we could find at Water’s Edge. Lovely staff at reception and we felt very welcome. Taxis available frequently outside reception. Great stay. Good location, near Reem Mall. The communication with Equester was easy and quick. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, not very big but comfortable with a nice swiming pool and gym. Everything fine.

Great apartment, well equipped, friendly host, parking included, beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend. The mattresses if you are more than 2 guests are quite thin, we doubled them and our kids slept perfectly. Otherwise excellent.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

Aya's house is very cozy and modern. very good for couples planning a holiday in Abu Dhabi Aya had made all necessary arrangements and I look forward to coming back again

Great location for those visiting NYU Abu Dhabi. Walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, and the university.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Gary and Sush were outstanding hosts, and their property was immaculate—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The view overlooking Yas Links golf course is stunning, and the sunsets from the balcony are truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Yas Island to stay with them again.

I really enjoyed my stay it was just like the pictures and the area was nice and quiet and very close to all the parks.
