Shady is a very friendly host. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with a nice view of the canal. The photos nicely correspond to reality. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth: Shady provided all the instructions in advance. The building is relatively close to Yas Mall, Ferrari World, and SeaWorld, and there are two parks nearby. Overall, I highly recommend staying in Shady's place if you are visiting Abu Dhabi.

Great place to stay in Yas Isand, Abu Dhabi. The apartment looks exactly on what posted on the page, very cozy, clean, home (y), and peaceful. The host - he is very accommodating, friendly and responsive. From check-in process to check-out, he always make sure we are well.

As described in the description and exactly like the pictures. The apartment is clean and comfortable and is the ideal location to enjoy what Yas Island has to offer. I would definitely recommend for your next stay on Yas Island. Responsive host to address any issues and offer advice.

The stay at Paul’s bnb was nothing short of wonderful. Paul’s onboarding and communication to the place was very smooth and clarified any issues I needed help in. An amazing host who is very cooperative and understanding, and would recommend him to any of his listings that he provides on the page. The only issue I have with the place, is parking but it’s a common issue around the neighborhood in general.

The apartment is good enough for two people and also kitchen is nice for cooking. The host is busy and can’t response fast enough. You can call him anyway if no response. The location is good and there is a nice seaside park just downstairs, also a supermarket. Overall it’s good.

The Luxury Farmhouse was great for our layover trip to Thailand. The uber drivers had a bit of a rough time finding it but we always got a ride after a little assisted navigation. The home was clean and cozy. The pool was perfect! Great for photos. The large gate made us feel safe. Thank you!

the Aparthotel is next door to the Novotel and a few minutes drive from the Conference Center. The host never responds to requests or contact, but the place itself was awesome - check in desk, access to Novotel facilities (check in at the Novotel if the desk is closed), and lots of space. We were upgraded by the venue as our original room was not available, so I cannot comment on this listed apartment specifically. Hotel breakfast worth the extra price on checkin!

This loft is spacious, fully furnished with high quality TV, and has a stunning view mainly on the Etihad Towers which are illuminated at night, as beautiful as a postcard! Mohammed was discreet and reacting directly when we asked for something. He was flexible and very nice with us, we are thankful. There is a beach in front of the building where we could relax on our own, very appreciated with the hot weather. The location of the loft is perfect to visit the wonderful Presidential Palace, the Emirates Palace, to go to the Observation Deck in the 74th floor of the Conrad hotel, not far from the Corniche beach and from Marina mall. It would be better with a rental car but taxis are easy to catch. We warmly recommend this place!

This place is very very nice, clean, new complex, Al Reem island is nice, we went by car everywhere we wanted . You have a little shop in complex, 2 pools that are very beautiful . Tania was always responsive, friendly, she gave us all the details how to arrive because we came in the middle of the night . You have free parking, the apartament is actually nicer in reality, coffee, towels, amenities in the kitchen. Thank you! It was great! I recommend this place.

I had a nice stay at Salsa’s place. From the beginning, Salsa showed a warm welcome to us. With Salsa’s fast response, we had no problem checking in even though it was late. Through out the stay, we needed a towel, and Salsa helped us immediately, as there was a staff to help us out. It was very grateful as it’s very rare to get what we want if it’a not a hotel. Also the flat was big and nice that it all met our needs. Some wanted to sleep, while some wanted to eat and watch. We could dived all the rooms into what we needed. I appreciate Salsa and the staff, we had a very good rest in your place, and next time if we visit again to Abu Dhabi, we are def coming back◡̎

Everything was great. Muhammad and his wife were very nice and kind. They made us feel home. The apartment for 3 people is perfect, it is also very ner to the city centre. I can recommend it to everyone 100%!

A well-maintained driveway leads to a series of colorful buildings, while shaded areas provided by awnings are visible. The paved surface includes neatly painted lines, and greenery is seen along the pathway, adding a touch of nature to the setting.

I had a really good experience in Sun's place, the flat was very clean and cosy. The instructions on how to ckeck-in were clear and the apartment was easy to find. The location was also great, really close to the Masdar City park and shopping mall.
