This place was truly amazing and ended up being the highlight of my trip to Abu Dhabi. It was my first time visiting the country, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The house was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. It provided more than enough room for everyone, and each of us had our own space to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. It was the perfect setup for our group! The host was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly made my visit to Abu Dhabi memorable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Khalfan is hands down the best Airbnb host we have ever had. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, available, and accommodating — even before our arrival. The place itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and extremely kid-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The compound was equally impressive — very safe and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like a pool, kids’ pool, and gym. Located right in the heart of Yas, it was close to all the major activities. Our kids especially loved being so near to all the soft play areas and entertainment options. Myself and my family had the most amazing stay at Jerome’s Beach House. Everything was perfect from location to the Villa itself. The Villa has been finished to an immaculate standard and is in the perfect location for all travelers, especially those travelling with children. Private beach, pool and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Also overlooking the golf course with an incredible view of the sunset. Jerome is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everything in the Villa was supplied and even things like coffee and enough water for our entire visit. Little touches which other hosts do not think of. I cannot recommend this highly enough. The best Airbnb I have had the pleasure to stay in.

Absolutely fell in love with the place, exactly what I was looking, it’s hard to find something like this in the uae, ultimate privacy whilst still being accessible, already planning next trip here with a group of friends

Ali Ahmed is a hospitable and welcoming host, constantly in easy contact. We went to Abu Dhabi for one night and enjoyed staying in the apartment.

Great apartment, well equipped, friendly host, parking included, beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend. The mattresses if you are more than 2 guests are quite thin, we doubled them and our kids slept perfectly. Otherwise excellent.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

Great location for those visiting NYU Abu Dhabi. Walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, and the university.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Gary and Sush were outstanding hosts, and their property was immaculate—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The view overlooking Yas Links golf course is stunning, and the sunsets from the balcony are truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Yas Island to stay with them again.

I really enjoyed my stay it was just like the pictures and the area was nice and quiet and very close to all the parks.
