Very nice and clean Villa. The pics don’t do justice, will be our first choice in Dubai Hills Estate.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

My name is Abdo British national, I like travelling alot but I was impressed by this flats and how is the flat is tidy and clean and how our host is taking care of everything even the small details and what I like also the way host is communicating with us very efficiently I was firstly booked one bedroom flat but Dr Eisa kindly offer us a two bedroom flat with very competitive price in comparison with prices in Alain city.......I recommend everyone looking for relaxintion and peace of mind to book from. this wonderful place

I had a 3 day business trip to Abu Dhabi and I wanted a place in Yas Island which is close to everything and I didn't want a hotel, since an apartment has its benefits: privacy, full kitchen, and other amenities that are not available in a hotel. This apartment is the best combination. You have everything I mentioned + it is located inside a well maintained building with a front desk and reserved parking. As I said, the perfect combination to feel right at home from the first moment. I would definitely book it again on my next visit in 2 months!

The place was spotless and the facilities are great. Our host Walid was extremely helpful from start to finish and was always responsive. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

We had a great stay at the apartment and hosts were super helpful with instructions. Two large beds, and one big sofa bed was ideal space for a family of five. Check in was easy and security staff were great assisting with the underground car parking space. Location great - close to all parks, entertainment and Mall within minutes. Airport was 15 mins away. Swimming pool maintenance meant swimming pool was shut, however we had access to the swimming pool in the adjacent block - great views over the golf course and bay.

Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. From the first moment, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness: every room was perfectly tidy, sanitized and cared for in every detail. It is rare to find a place where cleanliness is so evident and constant. The property is beautiful, organized with taste and intelligence. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it's a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised amenities were present and fully functional: from the fast WiFi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioner to the hot water always available, nothing was missing. You can clearly see the care and attention of the managers in wanting to offer a unique experience.

Dear Rami, I recommend your accommodation. I liked the communication and the very quick response from you. In addition, the location of the accommodation with direct access to Marina Mall as well as the fitness studio and the use of the pool are very good options that make the stay in this accommodation. I found the size of the accommodation and the bathroom with the bathtub very nice and good. I enjoyed everything very much.

We've stayed here for 3 days, and it’s been a wonderful experience. Mikhail is an excellent host—everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The location is also perfect—Al Reem Mall, a pharmacy, supermarket, and even a beauty salon are all within walking distance. What stood out the most was Mikhail’s hospitality—he kindly offered a late checkout upon request and checked in every day to make sure we were comfortable. Truly a great stay!

We stayed for a week with my family at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, over the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information to detail and always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Fantastic stay, very close to everything and a well equipped studio. Bed extremely comfortable, just what you need after a long day in the sun!
