This quiet, cozy and private one bedroom apartment is part of a detached villa which includes a cozy patio/garden exclusive for guests. The queen bed is placed on a mezzanine overlooking a wide living room, next to a recently renewed kitchen. Includes free parking just outside the residence and a Private pool which requires permission from the owner in advance to be used Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
