It was a really nice week in the gîte rosiers. We enjoyed very much the nice surroundings and fun activities nearby. Super friendly hosts, they were always ready for us for help, fun tips and a chat here and there. It is definitely recommended!!

Really good value for money, and an idyllic setting. We swam in the river and used the communal garden for barbecues most nights. The house was well equipped and spacious. Only downside was the noise from the road early mornings and as it was a sunny warm holiday weekend when we stayed the local youth were a little noisy playing music and leaving litter around but no trouble and nothing our hosts could do about that. There’s an amazing boulangerie just yards away. All in all a very pleasant stay.

We had a great time! The garden is beautiful, the badminton equipment and darts available are a real treat, we took full advantage of this green setting to relax. The welcome was warm, attentive and discreet at the same time. The place was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. I would highly recommend it! :)

House in a good location close to the town center on foot, excellent pizzeria in the center. Functional house with small garden, private parking, just the train passes right next door (100 m) you can hear it well but otherwise very good. Pascal was very responsive and gave us all the necessary information by message. Thank you so much!

Ideal accommodation if you go with family and look for disconnection and tranquility. It has everything for the children. If you are lucky enough to match tenants from the other houses with children similar to your ages, it's ideal. As against, the risk of sharing common areas with young people or uneducated groups. Ideal if you have the possibility to rent the 3 accommodations for you and your friends with children (it was not our case). To finish and although everything went very well, to say that if the pool out of work (it is not) it would be brutal. And the ponies in the photos, they are no longer (I mean it in case you expect to see them like us). Nothing serious.

The neighbors' dog sometimes quite noisy but unfortunately independent of the host. Well arranged accommodation. Ultra comfortable bedding. Games and books available! Excellent stay at Françoise & Patrick's. The hosts are very welcoming. We came with our 7-year-olds and they carefully prepared a bag of board games for us to keep them occupied. The bedding is of very good quality. A special mention for the washing machine and pods available. Thanks so much, we'll be back!

I am delighted with my stay, I was able to receive the keys directly by hand, which allowed me to communicate with the host and get all the details! Sarah was very kind and accommodating! As for the accommodation, I have nothing to say, it is well-appointed, functional, comfortable, warm… and the terrace is a real plus when there is sun! In addition, it is ideally located in Niort. I recommend it.
