We were welcomed by Serge who took the time to explain the rules of his home and the pool. Big highlight on the restaurants presented and activity. This is the first time I've seen a host take so much time to introduce us to everything. Keep it up. I recommend it without so much as a second thought and if we return to the area, I think we will take the place again.

Chantal is very responsive and friendly. The accommodation is very convenient and comfortable. We spent 2 nights with our 17-month-old daughter and we enjoyed the provision of a high chair + umbrella bed. I would recommned this property.

A cottage with plenty of qualities in a natural and relaxing environment. Whether you want to rest, have fun, play sports, everything is there. Wow, this is a wonderful place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The three totally private gites are in a private park with lots of trees and wild life. We stayed in the garden suite and it was like having your own home. We enjoyed having a dip in the heated pool. The beautiful Port-d’Envaux village is a two minute stroll away. Céline is a delightful hostess. We have stayed in dozens of bnb accommodations around the world - this one is the best by far.

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday at Flavien’s place. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed - all as described. Flavien’s family were very welcoming and so helpful during our stay. We definitely hope to come back!

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at the 'Farm house '..... beautiful surroundings, enveloped in a gorgeous sense of French countryside...loved hearing the rural sounds, brought a real sense of contentment. Claire was the perfect host, dealt with any issues immediately and when I needed to change my hire car booking, she was able to assist with the French speaking agent. Offered heaps of suggestions of places to see and specific restaurants to visit. We would go back again in a heartbeat. thanks Claire and team.

Very clean accommodation, the outside is very nice! Carine and her husband are very responsive and very welcoming! not too far from big cities, very nice!

Very nice cottage , well equipped and clean, comfortable beds. The exteriors are so beautiful by the water, with this first spring sun, it was perfect! Caroline had given us all the necessary information in advance and Ludivine was present upon arrival to explain everything to us. We had a lovely stay with the family!

Very nice accommodation ideally located with beautiful decoration and rarely seen and quality equipment (we were transported to our memories with utensils from all generations) In addition, Bernadette was a great host while being friendly with delicious little gifts to eat. Very nice accommodation and close to the CEBC and Intermarché. The accommodation is also very well-equipped. I recommend it.

What can I say, a few nice touches: fruit basket, milk, coffee, juice, brioches... A place of beauty! Furnished with a lot of taste and a great level of equipment, we were fully satisfied or even more. We recommend this cottage, we were seven adults and the conditions were beyond our expectations. Don't change anything. Maryline, Nathalie, Chloé, Cécile, Mathis, Pascal and Henri.

The house is very pleasant, spacious and bright, and well-equipped, in accordance with the description, in a natural and quiet environment. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed linens too. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and the barbecue, it was perfect! We will come back without hesitation the next time we return to this beautiful region of the Poitevin marsh.

Stunning location - hidden away in a quaint French hamlet. Beautiful gite with lots of little attention to details. The host met us and showed us around the place and is, quite rightly, proud of what it offers. Fabulous well equipped kitchen. Lovely linen and towels. The spiral staircase is a bit tricky and beware of the low beams, but it’s a real home from home. Beautifully renovated and makes you want to return. Private, safe off road parking is a real bonus and a beautiful private sun trap of a garden, perfect for a G&T to watch the sunset.

Our stay with friends went very well. The accommodation is a real secluded haven of peace. The children loved playing with the many games on site, and the older ones also loved the ping pong table and other rackets! In short, no worries! Special mention to Mélo's dad who was lovely with us;) (thank you again for the two brioches!)

A wonderful stay in an exquisite and peaceful area surrounded by nature. Sylvie was very friendly and the house was charming. Amazing terrace. Wish we could have stayed longer, would certainly revisit!

Very pleasant stay at Jeremy's. The house is renovated, tastefully. We were 3min from a supermarket, pharmacy and gas station, 15min from Futuroscope, all in a peaceful place in the middle of the countryside. There are basic amenities (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sopalin, etc.). Nothing to say, it was a pleasure. The stairs to the bedrooms is a little steep, paying attention to young children who would like to go down too fast. Thanks Jeremy for the stay
