Kid-friendly vacation rentals in 8th arrondissement

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

Good stay in a quiet area, everything was perfect. Only downside, having to pay for street parking. Too bad we weren't offered to bring the car into the yard.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We stayed for a weekend between couples of friends and children. The accommodation is very well equipped, rather well located (several bus lines and shops nearby) , Olivier was very accommodating. Very good experience

Our stay in this charming house in Paris was very pleasant! Located in a strategic area, the house has immediate access to the services of Châtillon, where we found everything we needed: from supermarkets and artisanal bakeries to cafes with that Parisian touch that falls in love. Proximity to metro stations and bus stops made us move around the city a children's game; in a few minutes we were in the heart of Paris, exploring its iconic monuments. The house itself is a dream: comfortable, elegantly decorated, and with an atmosphere that combines classic Parisian charm with modern comforts. Every corner is taken care of with detail, from the cozy furniture to the natural light that floods the space, making it even more beautiful. A highlight, especially for those of us who travel around Europe, was the washing machine in the house. What an advantage to be able to wash our clothes during the trip!

We were hosted very well by Yana, our change of person at the last moment did not pose a problem for her and she added a bed for us. Quiet and well-located accommodation. Restaurants nearby without taking the car.

Spacious 4th floor flat very convenient for Gare du Nord. Comfortable with all you need for a base to explore Paris. Local restaurants in walkable distance, as well as shops and Boulangerie. Our children loved the toys in the flat.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

Patricia was a great host , checking in with us and being very helpful with any questions. The flat was bijou but very well equipped with incredibly comfortable beds! Location was perfect , close to metro and the lovely bars and eateries of the Marais. Thank you Patricia !

Just wow! My wife, 3 kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and close to restaurants, transport (train & bus) and neighboring attractions - yet secluded enough, away from any noise. Most importantly, it was safe! Halimeina is friendly in her communication and very responsive. We would definitely return to her property in the future! All-in-all, the stay allowed us to enjoy a magnificent experience across Paris!

This was a great and spacious place for us (a couple). Disclosure, I love staying in the 11th! The local area is vibrant, you are right by cafes and supermarkets and restaurants and a really good fruit and veg store. When you walk out the door you are literally at the metro entrance, with easy access to everywhere - or you can walk.... The apt. was very quiet at night - also thanks to electric shutters on the windows facing the street. Tons of hot water. Good towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. A place to return to!

Perfect location and very nice owner Charlotte! Friendly for a family trip, 2 bedroom and a couch could be slept in. Definitely good for children! Walkable for almost places and very close to the main station. A cute bakery and restaurant downstairs. Strongly recommended!

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

The joy of seeing the Eiffel Tower every day! Most importantly, the location was the best! There was a delicious bakery in front of the house, and I was able to buy cheese and fruit at the market. It was the perfect place to stay to visit all the sights in Paris~^^

Good stay although the location of central Paris the means of transport is varied and easy to access. New and modern and very pleasant facilities serve the Tourist for their basic needs

We stayed here for 5 days with our family and really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very cosy and located in a beautiful building. The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!

We had the most amazing experience at Marianne’s place! First of all, she received us in person, what made the checkin feel very personal and warm. Secondly, the listing was so clean and comfortable. The pillows and bed are like hotel ones and the bed sheets are super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the apartment, the shower is the beat I had on an Airbnb so far. As it all wasn’t enough, Marianne is a very responsive and nice host. Literally a 5 stars experience ✨ will definitely book again next time we visit Paris.
