If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

We rent our log cabin in a very quiet location with wonderful views and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a toilet. Also: large terrace and large garden for your use. Private parking space. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

The self-contained 2-4 person apartment is located in the attic of an idyllically located & tastefully furnished single-family house in the Tyrolean municipality of Zirl. The high-quality designed architectural house was built 14 years ago and has a small garden with its own area for the guests. The apartment is accessed via a shared entrance and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, 1-2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/washer-dryer.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The state capital of Innsbruck is easily accessible by bike or public transport and offers a wealth of cultural attractions and culinary delights. Behind the house there is a natural backdrop, perfect for walks and hikes. This apartment combines urban comfort with direct access to nature.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. There are many hiking and skiing areas in the vicinity. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
