Innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten erreicht man die Altstadt. Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Glory House

Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Cozy apartment with kitchen + terrace for 2+1

The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. If you don't want to compromise on comfort even with three people, we recommend taking a look at our larger apartments.

Self-contained apartment for up to 4 people

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

The apartment is located in the village center of Völs, just 2 minutes from a grocery store and the bus stop to the center of Innsbruck. There is a hiking trail behind the house. The Cyta shopping center is also within walking distance, fantastic ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. (free ski bus) A garage parking space is included in the price. The apartment is located in the west of the city and offers a perfect starting point for all activities in Innsbruck. The airport is just minutes away (also on foot). Ski resorts and other excursion destinations are easily and quickly accessible. Despite central proximity to the city center, the area offers many opportunities for local recreation. Please note: Tourist tax of €3/night/person is to be deposited in cash - Welcome Card Innsbruck is included

Small, nice, quiet!

When booking in our house, you will receive the WelcomCard of the Innsbruck holiday region and its holiday villages. This allows you to use bus connections free of charge from the 1st day. From the 3rd day free (or discounted) mountain railways, swimming pools, museums, etc. It is best to send the full name, date of birth, home address and passport number of each person by message when booking, then I can prepare the guest card and leave it in the apartment.

From there you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Inn valley, both in summer and winter.

Luxurious and modern apartment to feel good

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. There are many hiking and skiing areas in the vicinity. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.

Mountain Homestay Scharnitz

My flat is located on s small hill above town and therefore the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
