Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

When booking in our house, you will receive the WelcomCard of the Innsbruck holiday region and its holiday villages. This allows them to use bus connections free of charge from the 1st day. The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. In the vicinity there are many hiking and ski resorts. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
