Entering is possible through a separate entrance. The quiet secluded location in the Dörflis district of the romantic half-timbered town of Königsberg (10 km) invites you to relax. The cities of Schweinfurt (40 km), Würzburg (70 km) and the world heritage city of Bamberg (30 km) are easily accessible and super suitable as a destination. In the neighboring village there is a farm where food can be eaten very well. Parking is possible directly at the yard.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

We had a wonderful extended weekend here! With our 2 little kids, it was just perfect. There were even a lot of toys on site and plenty of room for movement. The house is very nice and there is plenty to experience in the area and the parents can buy a Swiss franc shop directly opposite:). Thanks for the hospitality!! Highly recommended!!

The accommodation was in a beautiful location, quiet surroundings and wonderful contact with our host. Special needs were immediately addressed (e.g. we needed an iron, which was immediately provided), communication was always friendly and fast, all in all great!

We were guests of Herbert and his family over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was beautiful, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness – everything was really very clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcome, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the place!

Great place, phenomenal hosts, pristine apartment with all what it takes to have a great time. However, the Belvilla organization did not funnel my requests to the hosts regarding children's bed etc. Fortunately, the hosts were very helpful and took care of it instantaneously.

A serene stream meanders through the scene, flanked by lush greenery and a large willow tree. Smooth stones are visible along the water's edge, and a charming building can be seen in the background, blending with the natural landscape.

We had beautiful early summer days in Zeil. Everywhere the roses bloomed, the gardens in the area are wonderful, while still living completely centrally. Bakery, beer garden, small cinema - all in walking distance. And extremely comfortable beds!
