What a great find in a wonderful little town! Definitely will return. Loved the park and massive pool. Beautiful pond, neat museums, great winery! Bnb was perfect, comfortable, walkable to restaurants! Thanks Brandi!

My husband and I wanted a safe and affordable place to stay and preferred to have walking distance to Aggieville. We were super pleased to be able to walk there in about 10 minutes. This space checked all the boxes and worked perfectly for our stay! No issues at all and we will stay again if we come back to Manhattan!

We walked into beautifully decorated rooms with everything anyone would want or need. My husband went to school at Hinerville so it was especially memorable for him with the amazing transformation. The deck and outside surroundings were very peaceful and comfortable. You thought of everything to make our stay special.

I was on a roadtrip across country and this space was the perfect reprieve from the 70. A calm country road to get on and off the route, but not much added time. The animals were a lovely added character to the spot, and the area felt safe. We went on long walk and run before getting back on the road. This space also has a covered area to park and coffee which was perfect for our needs.
