The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. Russtic Roadside Retreat is a small glamping cabin in a private corner of our property. It includes a queen bed, small "camp" kitchen, flush toilet, shower (towels are provided), small deck, BBQ (unless a fire ban is in effect) and electric heater.( Note that it can be cold in the cabin when the temps dip into the 20s and 30s.) Pets are welcome but must not be allowed to get on the bed. Historic Nevada City is just a short walk from the site.
