Vacation rentals in Chico

We had a wonderful time. The backyard was extremely tranquil, and there was plenty of room. It also came stocked with normal amenities (others haven't) like salt/pepper/cooking oil so that we can stay in and cook together as opposed to always going out. It was a relaxing environment and will be our go to place anytime I am visiting my family in Chico!

It was so great to be back in Chico for a short visit! Lindsay’s home was perfect for our stay. It was super clean, centrally located, and had all of the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chico!

Great communication, host has a house manual that is very descriptive. Any questions are answered in a prompt and reasonable manner. The house is quaint, it is very quiet, and the scenery is great.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The place was pristine-spotlessly clean, and so beautifully maintained, it felt just like home(maybe even better!). Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it had every amenity you could possibly need. You can really tell the host takes pride in offering a top-tier experience. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a cleaner or more comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal in every way! We had the true pleasure of calling ol blue home for Easter weekend, and it was a dream. The home is gorgeous inside, what wonderful decor and furniture. The sunroom was divine, and the space was even larger than expected. We cooked meals as a family in the lovely kitchen, played frisbee in the big front yard, walked to one mile each day, and enjoyed every moment. Billie is a consummate, world class host, and made our experience so very special!! We cannot wait to come back and couldn’t recommend the Ol Blue higher!!!

Chris was very responsive with easy instructions and helpful tips for the house. It is located very close to Chico State across from the high school and an easy walk to downtown (maybe ~20 minutes). As others noted, the floor plan is a little funky but suited the four of us perfectly with good size rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We hope to return!

Comfortable and cozy place to stay. Very clean and loved that things were labeled. Had everything we needed as a family with a toddler and infant. Carissa was very responsive and kind.

Great place - just a block from Bidwell Park, easy access to north/northeast and south/southeast Chico, and other parks, shopping and downtown. Great older home re-done over the years with some original wood flooring and other cool home things. Very comfortable couches and beds, functional and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, huge dining and nice backyard. Very easy to feel right at home.

Overall staying at Holly's farmstay was amazing. It was cozy, the heater systems worked greatly, it was quiet and peaceful. It is a spacious home that is decorated so beautifully with art pieces made from Holly as well! A great area to walk around with our dogs and awesome hikes in the area too. The kitchen tools were left dusty, but I'm assuming that everyone who stays here most likely enjoys to eat out in this area which is understandable however, my boyfriend and I like to cook and we had to wash a couple of items. This stay also does not have a kitchen sink so be wary if you would like to make meals here as well, as we had to wash everything in the bathroom sink. There were many amenities provided and were very helpful. This home is exact to how it is portrayed online such as the amenities, the pictures, and the description. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Our stay was enjoyable—a quiet place. The house is pretty new and comfy and in a great neighborhood.

This was our second stay at Monte and Jim's property. It was another easy, comfortable visit--clean, comfortable, private. We appreciate the dog and kid-friendly space and will prioritize staying here again when we are in the area.

An Unforgettable Stay at Cherise’s Ohana Hui Family Gathering Retreat! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cherise’s Ohana Hui Family Gathering Retreat, and it was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this beautifully designed space that perfectly blends warmth and comfort. The property inside and out is absolutely stunning. The house is very spacious, the rooms are beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! The outdoor area really is like your at a resort. The relaxing patio, a pool, and even a basketball court. The kitchen was another highlight, fully stocked with every appliance you could need and a great selection of spices. Cherise was an outstanding host, responsive, kind, and genuinely passionate about ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend Cherise’s home. I come to Chico often to visit my niece’s and nephews so I will book again! And again! Thank you Cherise!!!!

This place was great. Beautiful yard and well maintained.

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

Amazing location and better yet amazing host!

My family stayed at Kat + Jay’s place and felt like they never left home. The place was perfect! My family went to explore a little bit of the city and Chico State University. The house was clean, peaceful and ver comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but yet close to campus, restaurants and local cafes. They home offered everything my family needed, and the stay was stress free and enjoyable. Kat and Jay were super responsive and kind and even made accommodations to make out check-out more comfortable. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay at Chico and we look forward to our next visit! ❤️

The Lassen House was a great spot to land for me and my family. Nice rancher floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to move about. The neighborhood was very quiet and the front yard is gorgeous. Kelsey was proactive in making sure that we had everything we needed and was always responsive to any questions. The house was in a great location in Chico in close proximity to all of the big ticket items. We would definitely stay again!

We were visiting Paradise for the night to spend time with friends + family. Enjoyed our stay at Deitrich’s place. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a family with small kids! Easy to get to, quiet, and super close to a great park and the freeway.

The house was perfect for our three day stay in Chico. It's a great location, close to downtown and Bidwell Park. Everything you need is within walking distance. The tree lined streets, including East 7th Street, in Chico are picturesque this time of year. Loved the place and we will be back. Oh, and Traci is a great host.
