Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Yuba County

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Our boys loved the upstairs room with the two twin beds (although if they were smaller I might have worried about them on the stairs, as there is no railing for the last several steps). We loved the cozy fireplace and the hot tub, and enjoyed not having to use our car at all once we arrived— plenty to see and do in walking distance, including a nice park for the dog and kids. this home is truly an escape. the minimalist and modern decor feel soothing and peaceful. we loved waking up with the sunlight filtering through the beautiful trees surrounding the home. we appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt. we were just traveling through and didn't get to explore the area but just enjoying the restful home makes us want to go back.

Great place to stay. House was cozy and comfy with beautiful plants. Felt like we were in a botanical nursery. Host was great and responsive. Made a play room for my kid.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

We had a wonderful stay. Karmin was extremely responsive and the home was set up perfect for traveling with our pooch.

Ten minutes outside of the Collins Lake camo ground-this beautiful quaint cottage is just what we needed to get away from the hustle & bustle. The blue birds were spotted every morning-this cottage was aptly named! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, Mark & Jo Anna for the warm greeting, the fresh bread & carrot muffins along with coffee & milk. We were spoiled! Well worth the trip!

What a cool little spot right in the heart of downtown Grass Valley! This was the perfect place for home base on my visit.

Another great stay at Bo's place. I keep coming back because it's a great spot (walkable), comfortable, and is such a great value. Basically for the cost of one night in a mid-range hotel in a big city, I can take a trip to Oroville and get two nights and lots of space (living room, kitchen, bedroom), which is so perfect when I travel with my son. This is a perfect airbnb for taking in what Oroville has to offer - the wildflowers, the downtown area along the Feather River, or the hiking trails by Lake Oroville. Highly recommend!

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. Very new, very comfortable, close to everything you need, beautiful neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little loud at times but if you just shut the window it blocks out all of the outside noise. The town has a noise ordinance at night but they need one in the morning ! Kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast and have coffee and tea. John is a great host and made it very easy for use to enjoy the beauty and rich history of Nevada city. Cheers !

Carol’s spot is lovely- clean and centrally located but quiet and peaceful. She was incredibly friendly and responsive. The space was clean and welcoming. The only downside is there isn’t a kitchen or kitchenette but it’s so close to town and fun to experience the local eateries. I would highly recommend her place for anyone looking for a spot close to Nevada City. The bed was comfy also with comfortable sheets:) thank you Carol!!!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL, much needed, relaxing weekend at this beautiful apartment townhome. Katrina and Ted were super friendly and responsive. We felt so well taking care of they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their communication was excellent and made the trip seamless for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and I look forward to staying with them again

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

As luck bf as you understand that the hospital is across the street, it’s great. Nice size, parking clean and everything you need. Would stay again!!

For Marysville, and for the Bok Kai festival, this is a pretty good place to stay. Yes, it's a little janky of a neighborhood, there are people yelling at night on the street, a car alarm repeatedly goes off, and you hear sirens because you're situated next to a hospital. BUT the place itself had everything we needed, which wasn't much tbh, didn't feel haunted, tap water tasted okay, didn't hear neighbors, and I really appreciated the private parking spot. It's just a few blocks away from the temple, very walkable. Ear plugs and single pane windows didn't help me, a light sleeper, very much, but tbf Bok Kai weekend is a series of almost nonstop firework bombs so I can't complain too much.
