Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Yuba County

Everything was great overall, host was very responsive, and accommodating for an early check in, beautiful surroundings, dog friendly which was fantastic for us. The kitchen was clean, the only thing was the utensils and dishes were not perfectly clean, but that could have been from the previous guest. Besides that beautiful place to stay and I would stay again.

Remarkably beautiful and well appointed. The craftsmanship and artistry of the home is like being immersed in a life size art piece! The attention to detail in provisioning, stocking, and comfort were unparalleled. The kitchen is truly gourmet with everything you need to prepare an elegant 5 course meal! If I could give a 10 stars I would! We could not have asked for anything more.

This was a great stay. The hosts were very responsive, the house was as described, and everything went smoothly. It is in a great location to walk around Grass Valley as well.

This place was wonderful! Set up with great quality furniture and things were well stocked (unlike some other AirBnb's I've stayed at). 2 of us are slightly challenged mobility-wise, and I didn't realize the driveway was so steep because that was not clear in the pictures. Everything else was better than the pictures! It was also very quiet. The host was AMAZING! So responsive! They provided a bunch of great information and we found a lovely restaurant for brunch. This host needs to write a book on how to be an AirBnb host - absolutely the best! If I'm in the area again, I would absolutely love to stay here again!

While we only stayed there for one night, we really enjoyed it. Jodi was a great host. Super responsive with any questions we had. The place was very nice. Clearly recently remodeled. Super clean. My kids especially loved the pool table. And, it was a short ride to Downtown Grass Valley or Nevada City. Would definitely stay again.

William was a great host and the apartment was perfect for what we needed! So conveniently located, spacious and comfortable.

#2 One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! Peggy was a gracious and thoughtful host—she greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. We brought our puppy and arranged a sitter for the wedding weekend, but Peggy even helped cover a gap and let our pup play with her dog when the sitter had to run out. The fenced yard, private entrance, and peaceful setting made it the most dog-friendly trip we’ve ever had. The home was spotless, the bed and couch were super comfy, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location couldn’t be better—an easy 10-minute walk into charming downtown Nevada City for dinner and breakfast. 10/10—would absolutely stay again!

This home was a fantastic place to stay, clean, well-appointed, and full of charm. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to relax after a full day out. While parking took a little extra effort, the unbeatable location made it well worth it. I’d gladly return!

Lorrie was very kind and helped me get into the door with the code. She also had people on site who assisted me. It was a great deal and I enjoyed my brief stay while up there working. This home was such a great place for our family (with two young kids) to stay. The yard is so beautiful and peaceful, the home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home, though it was also quite walkable into town. Really the pictures don’t do it justice! We’ll definitely stay here again! Also Bob and Ann were super responsive if anything came up… thanks!

This villa is in the heart of the foothills surrounded by nature. Its deck is perfect to take in the views, the home is beautiful and plenty of space for several guest. Host description of beds/rooms is accurate. We loved the little theater in back, asked for karaoke but didn’t have a chance to use but LOVED this option. Host is very responsive, willing to work out any issue or concern. If you’re looking for a large family or friend gathering in a quiet peaceful nature setting this is the place!! Warning you lose cell service before arriving at home, WiFi was great very fast just be aware to load address ahead of time and use internet for calls.

We had an incredible stay and highly recommend! The house and property were beautiful and serene. The house was so comfortable, well built and beautifully designed and decorated and the outdoor area was a great place to hang out as a group. This was a panicked booking after a last minute cancellation 4 days before our daughter’s wedding. This turned out to be a blessing. Summer got back to us immediately, she was very flexible, friendly and responsive. The property and house are STUNNING. We had the entire female bridal party there getting ready and there was plenty of room~ Everyone was blow away with how spacious, clean and gorgeous the property was. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the property and the hot tub~ Summer and her property ensured that our wedding weekend was stress free and relaxing. We highly recommend Summer and her gorgeous and clean property!!

Excellent place to stay! Perfect location to visit Auburn, Grass Valley, Nevada City and Placerville! Restaurants were amazing - Awful Annies, Oishi Teriyaki, Garden of Eatn, and of course Ikedas!!
