Vacation rentals with a pool in Yuba County

Wow! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home and yard to stay and entertain in Yuba City. We have typically stayed with family when visiting, but we have found our new go to vacation home when visiting there. Our kids loved the pool, play set, and other outdoor activities. There was plenty of outdoor seating to host our entire family. Everyone was so impressed with the home. Leslie was responsive to every question or concern we had within minutes of each one. It was great to meet her in person when she came by to blow up additional pool floats for us and our extended family. Thank you again! And we look forward to seeing you soon.

We had such a great stay! The property was perfect for our family getaway—our kids especially loved the trampoline and the hot tub (they barely wanted to come inside!). Our Doberman, Lincoln, had the best time playing fetch in the large open space—it was such a treat to find a spot that’s truly dog-friendly. Melissa was a delightful host—super responsive and thoughtful. She even set up a fun scavenger hunt for the kids to find hidden gnomes around the property, which they absolutely loved. It’s little touches like that that made our stay really special. We’d love to come back again. Highly recommend!

A lovely spacious home that accommodated 6 of us comfortably and then some! We are an old group of friends that loves to cook together and the kitchen had everything we needed! The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed our morning cup of coffee out there while listening to the birds. It’s fenced in so it was perfect for our 3 small dogs ( (all under 12 Lbs) We didn’t use the pool but it’s wonderful! Instead we drove about 30-40 minutes to enjoy the South Yuba River and the distance to Purdon Crossing and Edward’s crossing was perfect for us! Grocery stores are about 10 Minutes away so were able to stock up once we arrived in Grass Valley. Overall a well loved home that made our visit so great! Thank you Patrick!

This was a great place for us to stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We needed to extend our stay and were given that opportunity.

Really appreciated the accommodations and scenic surroundings. Most airbnbs say full kitchen, but we really loved staying here because they were actually stocked with everything we could need to cook! Between the grilling utensils, mixing bowls, seasoning rack, air fryer, various cutting boards, and even down to the citrus squeezer, we had a great relaxing weekend at this home. The hot tub & outdoor patio were also very nice — a perfect way to kick off the spring season.

10/10 would recommend. I really hope I have a chance to stay here again. My children and I have become very familiar with airbnbs. We were one of the first guests here and it was a highlight of our adventures. This felt like a vacation even though we are locals. The pool is absolutely amazing. My kids wished it was warmer so they could have gone swimming more often. We also really enjoyed the pool table and spacious kitchen. They even had an instant pot! They had basically everything we needed to feel right at home. Jarrett was very responsive when we noticed a few things that were needed. Like I said, we hope to stay here again sometime.

We recently stayed at Don and Kathy’s beautiful home for our son’s wedding weekend and it was absolutely magical. Don and Kathy were incredibly hospitable, always easy to reach, and made us feel so welcome. The home itself is stunning—truly something to experience. The home is well-appointed and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style for a truly relaxing stay. The surroundings felt straight out of a Hallmark movie, with autumn leaves falling and twinkling Christmas lights creating a festive atmosphere. It was cozy, inviting, and felt just like home. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you, Don and Kathy, for making our special weekend even more memorable!

Dan and Laura were very kind and responded quickly and honestly to all the questions we had leading up to our trip as well as during our trip. The house was beautiful. It worked perfectly for our group of 12 adults. We really appreciated the convenience of multiple bathrooms. My guests enjoyed the beautiful open kitchen, the large size tv in the living room, the downstairs entertainment room, and the hot tub the most. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts! It made my milestone birthday that much more special.(:
